Hello all, I am a 53 year old from NZ. Although SSHG is how I started and still my main pairing, I'll give pretty much any pairing a try, whether it be reading or writing. Sev and Herms need a bit of variety at times. ;)

Gilderoy as a functioning and even formidable wizard? That's a clever premise and well executed in so few words.
Response from sunny33 (Author of The Other Spy)
Thanks!
Oh I loved this! I think you should write a series. The REAL adventures of Gilderoy Lockart!!!!
Response from sunny33 (Author of The Other Spy)
LOL Goldenwand. Licence to Obliviate. Diagon Alley is Not Enough...
Response from debjunk (Reviewer)
I am delighted with the notion of Gilderoy as and MI7 spy! It makes me grin. I am particularly delighted with his Batman-like toy. And then he was gone again, still having the gift of the Obliviate Spell. ~grins again

Glad you like it. :)
Wonderful unexpected pairing - love it! Clever twists and take on these two- especially the ending revelation!
Response from sunny33 (Author of The Other Spy)
Thanks!
Hah! That's brilliant! Although with goodness knows how many pilfered published works to his name, that was some deep cover! Such a shame Ginny wasn't allowed to remember the truth.
Response from sunny33 (Author of The Other Spy)
Fathoms deep!
How inventive - a most original interpretation of Gilderoy's character!
Response from sunny33 (Author of The Other Spy)
Thank you!
Lockhart and Ginny? I kinda could see it, though such a combo would've probably never occurred to me. Nice job!
Response from sunny33 (Author of The Other Spy)
Thank you!
Well, Gilderoy did seem like an extreme character. This explains it all!
Response from sunny33 (Author of The Other Spy)
He was always larger than life!

I have to tell you that I can usually pick your story out from a mile away (that is kind of an ambiguous comment, but I mean it in a good way), but I never in a million years thought this was yours. Good luck in the coming week!
Gilderoy, secretly a spy with Muggle ties? Well, nobody could be quite as idiotic as Herr Lockhart, could they? 'Forget-me-not blue' - a nice touch. At least he finally had his chance to save Ginny, even if it is years too late.(Also...Roy Harte? Love it. Perfect Percussion is a fave of mine.)
Response from sunny33 (Author of The Other Spy)
Um... Perfect Percussion?
Response from ofankoma (Reviewer)
Wait... really? I thought you picked the name because of it! Roy Harte was a jazz percussionist in the 1940s-1970s. Mostly stuff with other bands, but he did an album called Perfect Percussion with Milt Holland in the 1960s. "Old Devil Moon" is probably the most famous tune off it.
LOL! Brilliant! No one could be quite so foolish as he seems to be. It must be a carefully constructed ruse...
Response from sunny33 (Author of The Other Spy)
Now I've written it, I've decided it is true!
Really, really brilliant take on the prompt.
Response from sunny33 (Author of The Other Spy)
Thanks!
Harte. Roy Harte. Where's the martini?
Response from sunny33 (Reviewer)
Not on a cliff, that's for sure!
Oh, without all the vanity and pretension, Kevin Branagh is a cutie! Too bad Ginny didn't take advantage of the situation while she still had the chance.
Response from sunny33 (Author of The Other Spy)
LOL. Shame, really.
Gilderoy - quite a hunk, and not so daffy after all.
Response from sunny33 (Author of The Other Spy)
He had to live up to the name!
Wow! Yes of course Gilderoy was a cover! I'd never thought of that before. Great story!
Response from sunny33 (Author of The Other Spy)
Thanks!
*falls over laughing* Excellent use of the prompt!
