We know that plumbing exists, Hogwarts has it to be sure, but I think Fred and George got their premises cheap for a reason :o)
Maybe wizards will take a page out of the Muggle book of sanitation after this. No community should be without a good environmental impact plan. :)

Nice use of 'unsettled' and how typical of George and wizards in general not to think through the consequences of things. Nice that it worked out for everyone.

Oh, well done! I love that George didn't even know he was to blame! (Although... thinking about the kinds of things he would regularly throw out, I think Diagon Alley's centuries-old plumbing system needs an overhaul ASAP!)

I was thinking goblins are somewhat resistant to human magic, plus how could they move the vaults? But you are right, they'd have their own drainage system too. So glad you lliked it :-)
