This is a very good poem. You have displayed a very good use of metaphors, using them so steathily that they almost blend as personified actions. While the poem had no rhyme, I could definitely feel a steady pulse and rhythm. You obviously chose your words carefully, and this poem is written well. However, I think you should have added another stanza describing how the girl found the path again. I liked this poem's flow and description though. Great job!
