It is a great shame that such a young boy should feel so alone and unwanted. 

Very well written chapter. I always found the idea of Severus comitting suicide interesting, and love to wonder how everyone would react, who would feel guilt, etc. I hope this wasn't planned to be a one-shot; this has a lot of potential to carry on for a few more chapters.

*shivers* I always wondered what would happen if Snape went for despair rather than anger after the Shack incident.

My question is, will anyone miss him? What happens next?
