This was really well done.  Your Arthur is just like I imagine him to be in this situation.  And thank goodness for him.  The wand man was not going to budge.  Makes you wonder if people come in on a regular basis claiming to be related to Harry Potter :)

And then he accidentally gets it right.  It seems that it was meant to be.

Oh, by the way, I liked Dudley Dursley, Impromptu Family Reunion.  I suppose nothing too wild goes on at the ministry if your badge announces exactly why you are there ;)

Oh, I like this!  Marvelous!  You got Arthur spot on, that sort of heady, dotty excitement he gets around Muggles, and the pin was kind of priceless.  The trouble with the wand-taking bureaucrat, the nerves before knocking on Harry's door; I loved every inch.  Good job.
