You keep giving me wonderful prompts that inspire me. It made sense in a way. Viktor would have seen this kind of thing before as a child when the Communist regime fell. It would have affected him more strongly because of that. And he IS such a teddy bear. It jolted her into shyly suggesting what they both wanted. She just knew it was right. This way the child benefited and together they could do more for the other orphans. I thought it just seemed right that the situation made Hermione realise what the basic difference between Ron and Viktor was. Caring was the difference. Viktor's compassion won her heart hands down.Thanks for reading and reviewing.

Big difference between Ron and Viktor. One has a heart that goes out to the victims of the war and the other basks in his fame. Hermione chose the man with the heart. Any other choice would have been ridiculous. Thanks for reading & reviewing.
