This is a poem that came to me, being totally blind, and caring for my brother in law who has noonans syndrome. It's a plea that, in spite of disabilities, we are still human and have the same wants and basic needs.

Hi. I am a Christian who loves HP. I am also totally blind and use a screen reading programme to access the computer. I love reading and betaing fanfiction. Mostly HP but I also like LOTR and narnia and some other fandoms. I haven't tried writing my own story as yet but would love to someday. I am currently working on a joint project with my best friend (fizzing-whizbee-nz) on ff.net. I love all kinds of animals and we have several. we have chihuahuas, a boxer, birds and cats. Oh I forgot the fishh. I am going to shut up now and find a nice fic to read.

Thank you for your insightful contribution. My brother has Asperger's and I can relate to many of your sentiments.

Hi. thank you. I am totally blind, and have a husband and step son who suffer with aspergers and my brother in law has noonans syndrome, so unfortunately I speak from experience. I'm glad you enjoyed the poem though.
I loved your poem. I added it to my very short, compared to all the stuff I have read on this site, list of favorites. i'm trying to figure a way to forward this to some of my friends, if it's ok with you.

Hi. if you send me your email address, i'd be happy to email it to you, or you might be able to just send them the URL. Feel free to pass it on. No problem.
This reminds me of a famous speech, perhaps from Shakespeare, but I'm blanking on it right now. Thank you for a timely reminder so eloquently worded.
