I'm somewhat addicted to SSHG fics, but have a strong appreciation for Harry/Draco as well. It's nice to have two ships who can double date!
I hope you enjoy reading these drabbles as much as I enjoyed writing them.

Oh wow, this is a new persspective on Petter. His thoughts about his 'friends' was quite illuminating, especially the remark about Lily - why didn't he like her, I wonder? and the spying thing - how he'd spy on his friends as well. No wonder he turned on them. Very interesting and eye opening how you presented this.

I would call Peter an interesting character if he didn't creep me out so much! What would make someone like him, living amongst people who went on to be members of the Order, choose Voldemort? That is the question that inspired this fic.Regarding Lily: As I thought about his frustration with the other Marauders, I imagined he may have had a crush on one (or more) of the other boys, possibly just hero worship. Lily's addition into the group effectively pushed him away from the other boys. It seems that she was a much more interesting and colorful person than he, and would have been either a perceived or very real threat to his standing in that tight-knit group. Thanks so much for your comments!
Almost feel sorry for him... I said almost! :0

:DYou know, if I try to be objective about it, Peter's an interesting character. But he just creeps me out so much, I honestly have a hard time trying to find sympathy for him. Thanks for reviewing, sunny!
A job well done!
It's canon how he was considered inferior, and very likely his friends used him more than respected him. Detecting their scheme can indeed have motivated him.
The Lily-aspect was a little short, but its obvious that the chemistry changed once a girl made her appearance. It became clearer to me when I read the reviews.
Yes, Wormtail creeps me out, too.
I shudder away from "you did him justice", as the only justice for the rat could be Azkaban.
That's an interesting POV. I think it very probable that the other 3 Marauders would not have like him that much and talked when he wasn't around. Could that alone have pushed him towards Voldemort? We'll never know.
