Reviews for The Wrong One
So.. Hermione is dead? I'm not really sure what to think of this piece, it feels absolutely incomplete, like I'm missing a chapter or two (or more), not like a one-shot or short story.
I'm so sorry, it was well written but I didn't get it. Is Hermione dead?
crazy to read, but compelling, I'll be checking back for more I think.
OK, that was disturbing... :)
*Gasp!!!*
What a roller coaster ride this was! I just knew that Hermione was done for, and I'm still not sure how things would work out. Severus knows exactly how to handle Bella, how to divert her attention from what she wanted to do and redirect it toward himself. The kiss that save the Know-It-All.Brilliant. As I followed the words I could see Bella's insanity shifting her thoughts from besting Snape to getting what she wanted. In the end it was a kiss to her hand (or perhaps her lips) that made all the difference. Well done.I saw in your A/N at the beginning of this chapter that you said it is the end, but the story index says this is a WIP. Dare I hope for more?Beth

Thanks and yes - it is meant to end there. The reader can take what they want for the result, but you are spot on with Severus' strategy here. If you think about his situation, he has a case of "worlds colliding" where his loyalties have to be played perfectly. I loved writing Bella and am happy you liked her and this piece.
Bella is really creepy! :)

*laughs* That, she is. :) Second part is posted today. Thanks, Ana
Gods, you write them all so beautifully! It's like you studied them all, their every mannerism, before even writing a single thing about them. I have bookmarked this and am looking VERY forward to reading any updates. You rock my world!

Thank you so much for this. I have been writing them for more than a few years now, but I do love Bella, who I haven't spent a lot of time with before.I'm submitting the second half now. :)
The Wrong One... a slight departure from your usual, you say? And Bellatrix? Voldemort asked, “Elf or witch?” Stephen King's Dark Tower... For some reason I don't have a good feeling about the outcome. I think maybe Miss Granger has stretched too far this time.*shivers* I can't wait for the conclusion.Beth

*laughs* Just a smallish departure in that Bella is the star here in a way.And yes, Granger stepped in it this time for sure. ;)Thanks, Ana
same as javoher... is she really dead or apparated? or vanished by snape?
Your descriptions are vivid and chilling. You paint a very clear picture of what Hermione faces as she is paraded in front of Voldemort. And the slightest little things let us know where Snape's true loyalties lie.I espcially like the paintings on the wall. Perfect for Voldemort's lair.I can hardly wait for part II.

Thank you very much. I do love writing the darker images. The second part is posted now. Hope you enjoy. :)~Ana
