Reviews for Sea Sick
Oh dear, um, .. surprise buttsecks?... Technically... better not go there. So this is really something to let the mind go for a walk into fantasy land. Mostly the ugly side of fantasy land. Where the elves consume crack and such. And if he's ever going to confess to his crush, what's he going to do? Point at the baby (or whatever it is) and say: "I thought of you when that happened." ??? lolI actually laughend when reading this. And I still think it's kind of hilarious in strange, twisted way. I wonder whether I should consider therapy.
Response from Keppiehed (Author of Sea Sick)
I loved your review. It made me crack up. If you need therapy after reading it, can you just imagine how much I might need having been the brilliant mind to come up with it? LOL! Anyway, thanks for giving it a go; I'm glad you (sort of) enjoyed!
Dear Keppiehed.Okay, I did NOT see that one coming. Maybe it had something to do with the fact that I didn't read the warnings, before I dove right in. Note to self ... Read Warnings Next Time. What a dark, diabolical and deeply demented story!! I LIKE IT!!!
Response from Keppiehed (Author of Sea Sick)
LOL! I am sorry to have freaked you out, but I like that you liked it anyway! I am a little crazy... you shuld definitely read the warnings on all my stories! Thanks so much for the review, I had a good laugh! Thanks for reading my humble little drabble, I appreciate it.
Goal: To freak Holly outMission: failedThis actually made me laugh. It probably wasn't meant to be humorous, but I guess I am just in a giggly mood. I actually didn't see this coming. I just plunged in and read this without noting the warnings. It either makes me stupid, brave, or very loyal to your work. Bravo to the squid for putting Harry's problems in perspective. He would have gone along forever thinking that a crush on Professor Snape was the worst thing that could happen to him; now he knows better ;)He was aware of thrusting... then it was over. This doesn't bode well for squids when a teenage boy thinks that they don't have much staying power!
Response from Keppiehed (Author of Sea Sick)
Oh, man! You are upping the ante then? Am I to understand this correctly? *laughs*This one cost me my place in the LDWS... no one likes tentacle porn, it appears. I ask you, what else lends itself to your imagination with those prompts? Yeah, that's all I could come up with, too.Someone issued me a naughty challenge, and I think you might get a blush out of it. Poor Harry! But it needs to see a beta first, so it will be awhile. Hang onto your horses, though. It is out there, coming your way!
Response from HBAR (Reviewer)
Ah well, people are so fickle. One day tentacle porn is in, the next it is out. If I want to read something to really get the blood pumping, it will involve only characters that walk on two feet. But if you want to write a believeable male pregnancy (if that is possible), you have to mix up the gene pool a bit, I say. I don't know about the blushing part... I think I have build up a tolerance to you. I'm going to need a stronger dose of something ;) I' d put in a request for what I'd like to see, but I'm just not that creative! I'll leave it in your hands... for now.
Response from Keppiehed (Author of Sea Sick)
You are jaded? Already? That didn't take long! What was it? The necro, crossdressing or snakesnuff that finally did the trick? I mean, by comparison, tentacle porn is so tame! You know where I am. If ever you have a wish you want to see fulfilled, you need only whisper it in my ear. I will write it as well as I can. Even Harry doing nice things, not outrageously. I can restrain myself at times. The offer stands. Just think on it. ;)

OMG!
Okay, horny kid meets horny squid! That was unique.. and disturbing!
Author's Response: Disturbing seems to suit me best. As you are aware. ;) Thanks for reading it, Edge!
ewwwww gross! Pregnant from the squid! Poor Harry!
Response from Keppiehed (Author of Sea Sick)
Hahaha... I know. What else could I do with those prompts, though? Thanks for reading it!
So, the squid has ten tentacles, right? Where did he/it/she put the other nine, huh?
Response from Keppiehed (Author of Sea Sick)
I tell you, this one had a LOT of action squeezed into the word limit! If I could have written whatever ... it might have gotten squickier. This one got me voted out of the LDWS: with the prompts "mPreg and leviathan", I naturally assumed everyone would go this route, but I was the only one who did this! LOL! It was then I realized that my mind didn't quite work like the others...
Response from sunny33 (Reviewer)
Do you think you can POSSIBLY keep your mind on the relatively straight and narrow for the next few weeks? I don't want to be voting you off by mistake! :P
Response from Keppiehed (Author of Sea Sick)
I figure there will be no missing me. *grins* The creature fics seem to be my downfall, every time! I am just praying that there are no upcoming veela/centaur/hippogriff prompts planned, and we should be okay! If they go there ... I can't ... resist ...
Is he really pregnant with the Giant Squid?? How is he supposed to lay the egg of the squid or will he just give birth to a monstruous thing? Don't answer I don't really want to know.
Response from Keppiehed (Author of Sea Sick)
I know. *sighs* Actually, mPreg is kind of a squick of mine. They made me do it? I didn't have to get through the birth, thank goodness. The conception was bad enough. ;) Actually, someone suggested a Davy Jones-like baby, so if I had to do a sequel, I think I would go with that. Although, now you have me pondering an egg...
Response from snitchette (Reviewer)
Sorry to ask but what is a Davy Jones-like baby? I've never heard of such a thing.
Response from Keppiehed (Author of Sea Sick)
You know that bad guy from Pirates of the Carribean 2 and 3? The Pirate with the Squidface? He was all tentacle-y. He ran the Flying Dutchman? He was a human with these tentacles all over the place. It was awesome and terrifying to behold. I think I would settle on that mash up, if I had to be forced to pick one. Um. My mind has had to go in some really strange places. Sorry. And you specifically said you didn't WANT to know what the baby would be! LOL!
Response from snitchette (Reviewer)
No I said I didn't want to know IT will come to the world, not what IT could look like. (and no I've not seen Pirates of the Carribean 2 et 3 , just the first one)
Response from Keppiehed (Author of Sea Sick)
Oh, totally Google him. He's creepy and fascinating!
Y'know, after a while, you think you've seen everything. And while I have read human/squid interactions before (somewhere there's a Argus Filch/Squid fic that really defines the genre), this may be the first squid-induced pregnancy I've read. Congratulations! You've done something new! I have to wonder, though... What will the children be? Squid? Human? Some sort of Davy Jones crossbreed? THAT above all demands an answer, if not by you than by an intrepid zoologist!
Response from Keppiehed (Author of Sea Sick)
OMG... I laughed so hard through your review! I only had to get through the drabble (btw... that was a TON of action for 300 words!). I didn't have to think about the next nine months, other than I am REALLY glad I am not in Harry's shoes and having to explain how that happened! LOL! Personally, I kind of like the Davy Jones idea. I think you should write the sequel! If you like tentacle!porn, I have never seen it done better than Chantefable's dark story for the hp_kinkfest. Um. Not that I have been reading that sort of thing. *blushes*.Thanks much for that review!
