Oh my goodness!   My first reaction to Dumbledore's little monologue was that Dumbledore knew Snape was listening, and was attempting to make Snape so angry he would be willing to kill him(D) and continue to protect Harry after D's death.  But whether that was true or not, Snape and Pottter certainly took it seriously.Whoa!  this is quite an original and amazing tale.  Thanks for sharing it.  Excellent and creepy, too.

It just occurred to me that the means of Dumbledore's demise was doubly clever in that it neatly got Severus off the hook. After all, Severus didn't kill Dumbly, he merely Transfigured him.Wicked clever. Technically, if anyone actually "killed" the Headmaster, it was an innocent and unknowing Dobby. And perhaps those who had a hankering for some cheesy goodness.

This was absolutely fabulous!  I loved the end, although I don't think I could have eaten that cheese knowing exactly what it was made out of.  LOL

I always wondered why my cheese would shriek when I would bite into. This story has  3 of my favorite things- severus, dumbles bashing and cheese. tasty revenge on sev's part. infinity points to you and your house.
