Reviews for Snakes in the Lion's Den
What a torturous situation for our two snakes. Luckily they both have something to make it worthwhile.

Very much so. A story I read somewhere had a piece of jewelry for Severus of a snake entwined around a lionness's head. I have always thought of this when I read or write a SS/HG. It makes such a lovely image. But it works as well for HP/DM. Thanks for the review. Sara
That's a lovely story.

Thanks. It wasn't exactly what I was intending when I read the prompt, but this is what the characters wanted to say, so I let them. Have a happy holiday season! Sara
Thank you for explaining why they didn't apparate!

I realize that this seems a little cut off for some people, that there are questions not answered, but it is just a snapshot. Thanks for the review and have a happy holiday season. Sara
Oh, that was lovely, and I like the little details, like the chairs. I could see the chaos running rampant.
Response from sara lady dalian (Author of Snakes in the Lion's Den)
We once had a chair that we dubbed "the ugly chair" and, let me tell you it lived up to it's name. However, it was also the most comfortable chair on the face of the Earth. We actually kept it almost a year past when it should have been discarded because it was just so damed comfortable. That is where that came from. I can't see Molly getting rid of chairs that were "care-worn" if they served their purpose and were comfortable for her family and friends.
Sweet! Once again we see that love makes smooth the way. Beth

It does - and it is also one reason that we do things we wouldn't usually do under other circumstances. Thanks for the review. Happy holidays! Sara
Thank for this little Christmas fic.

You are very welcome. Thanks for stopping by and having cocoa. Have a happy holiday season. Sara
I'm sure they will manage to put up with the strain... ;)

For their own Lions, my Snakes will put up with quite a lot. Have a wonderful holiday season. Sara
LOL if its snowing or such a storm - how is it that the kids can go out and play? I mean, it's great that they can, but if it's that bad? Sorry, never lived in the snow belt - LA gets no snow. You have to travel to see any.Really liked Draco in this, and Severus was his delightful.

Oh - kids can go and play even in pretty bad snow. The way I was thinking is that there is a ban on travel because the storm is messing with magical signatures - something like electrical storms messing with electrical appliances. I'm glad you liked my snakes - i'm rather partial to them as well. Thanks for the review - Sara

Oh, See, I'm from Ca and we don't have snow here. Heck we can hardly keep our cars from slidding when it rains! I have to travel 2 hours to even touch snow! Unless snowcones count... yummmy! The bit about the storm messing with the magic needed for travel definately came across. I just know nothing about snow -- except that it's pretty! oh and cold.

I have to travel almost 10 to see snow that really sticks. You're lucky it's only two for you. Have a wonderful holiday. Sara
