Hermione can finish the old year out acting like a house elf, if she likes. However, I vote for starting the new year  bundled up on a tower with Severus! After all, Severus has spent the whole evening being nice to strangers. He deserves one heck of a reward for that.

Lovely, and really very accomodating of Severus, I must say.

I think Severus is going to win next New Year's Eve, especially if he reminds Hermione of all the crap she went through this time around via a Penseive!  It was sweet of him to endure the masses just for her, and I loved reading it.  Here's to fireworks, warm blankets and cold champagne!

Holidy parties are an extension of the American Dental Association meetings. I can sooo relate. I used to get the awful "Would you look at her bite? I think she needs to get braces but her mouth is too small and it may complicate the treatment" in the middle of a party. Yep. *sigh*And what's up with Ellen??? She needs to chill. This is so sweet!  Severus obviously loves Hermione because he put up with a lot from Ms Granger.  I vote for blankets, champagne, and fireworks... especially the fireworks... Hogsmeade or self made works for me!
