Eh, I'm too boring to have a proper bio.

Naw, Sevvy not dead!  'Tis ruse!

Actually you may want to rewrite 14, if you follow both the movies and the books...

In the movie Philosopher's/Sorcerer's Stone, if you look closely at the shield-shaped award in the Trophy case when the trio finds James Potter's name, to the right of his medallion, you will see another medallion with the inscription M. G. McGonagall and the year 1971 above it!

So insofar as the movies are concerned, Minerva must've been a good Quidditch player!

Yah another one.  This was good, very in charactor and yet totaly created from you.  Making Severus angry by wearing green and Moody asking her out made me laugh.  I think she became such a strong woman

of the influence of her mother.  Loving these, keep writing please.

Thank you!! I'm so glad you enjoyed this one!! Minerva is amazingly strong in canon, and I adore writing her. She's totally one of my favorite characters. I have one more '20 Random Facts' fic coming, though there will probably be others as well, since they're so much fun to write.

This was great fun to read and also very informative.  I hope there are more of these on the way about other characters.

Response from JackieJLH (Author of 20 Random Facts About Minerva McGonagall)

Thank you!! I've posted one other, about Petunia Dursley, and there is at least one more on the way, though I'm greatly enjoying these, so there may be more.

I think this a great short. I wish you could develop this more into a ful fic because you paint Minerva as such an amazing person, it makes me want to read more about her.

Response from JackieJLH (Author of 20 Random Facts About Minerva McGonagall)

Thank you!! I really do adore Minerva; she's so awesome, even before any backstory is added.

Good list! That was fun! But about the tartan thing - isn't every self-respecting Scot always only wearing his clan's tartan and none other? No matter the colours and what they might symbolize otherwise...

Author's Response: I'm glad you enjoyed it! You're probably right, about the tartan thing. I will admit, I was unaware of that fact, so it's probable that I've messed that up entirely. *blush*

What funeral arrangements?  Why would Severus need funeral arrangements?  Hey, sunny33, what's JackieJLH talking about?

Author's Response: LOL! Well, maybe they just don't know that he actually escaped the Shack unharmed, leaving a disguised corpse in his place. :D

I really, REALLY love this series. First Poppy, then Minerva--two "supporting" characters that I usually don't think all that much about. Well done, nice idea, and I look forward to more!

Response from JackieJLH (Author of 20 Random Facts About Minerva McGonagall)

Thank you!! I have another that I'll be posting soon, and probably more in the future, as well. They're incredibly fun to write. :D

Positively wonderful. I love your Moody speculation- oddly enough, that pairing seems to fit in a weird way. Every single one seems to fit her personality- though the sexuality I could see going either way. Either that, or she "never had time for such nonsense" :)

Response from JackieJLH (Author of 20 Random Facts About Minerva McGonagall)

Lol, I agree. I've read, and written, Minerva as gay, straight, and everything in between at one point  or another. Lol. Usually she ends up hovering somewhere around middle.

These are delightful!  One concrit - do you realize that #19 and #20 contradict each other?  You identify both Moaning Myrtle and Dolores Umbridge as being the top person on Minerva's "irritating list".  Hugs and chocolates - Sara

Response from JackieJLH (Author of 20 Random Facts About Minerva McGonagall)

Thank you!! I'm glad you enjoyed them!It actually says that Umbridge would have been at the top of the irritating list, but Minerva couldn't bring herself to call Umbridge simply 'irritating', so Myrtle ended up at the top of the list. :)
