I can' help but wonder, if thay would have something else in common? A tall, dark, snarky, ex friend, of an ex husband, perhaps. 
I look at this and see great possibility. Though it was great as a one-shot, my imagination is taking it the way of a possible friendship, or even a femmeslash (though less than likely for ladies who enjoy tragically hetero romance novels).
Anyways, just spiffing, and Of Course Hermione'd like the sweet coffee after drinking pumpkin juice all those years.

Fabu job with the prompt. I loved how you had Narcissa and Hermione find out about each other through the shop owner. Makes me wonder if they are able to build a friendship. Also, I loved how you worked in that little detail of the precious kitteh. :)

Every good independent bookshop (especially a secondhand one!) has a resident kitteh. I do not trust the ones that don't. I'd like to think that they're able to become friends, as well.
