. :)To find the number of words in Microsoft Word (2003), go to File>>Properties. Go to the Statistics tab. There, you will see all sorts of numbers, including the number of words contained in your document.I have access to Word 2007 at work, but I haven't had a need to do word counts on documents I produce there, so I'm not sure if the above instructions will also work for Word 2007.I hope this helps!
