I came to fanfiction after the fourth Potter book came out and I was desperately searching the net for something, anything, to tidy me over until the next one came out. Fanfiction did that very nicely, and then I discovered that I could write my own, as well! Fantastic.
I never really got the whole ship thing until the sixth book came out and I was so shocked by the Harry/Ginny that I completely understood why one would prefer to write about one's favoured pairings rather than the canon one.
Um, yeah.. what else. I've been writing fanfiction since 2003 now, and Potter fanfiction since 2005. I finally made it to this archive after being told to do so by a friend, and will be posting some of my old and some of my new stories here when time allows. (That is the plan, at least.)
When time allows even more I'll write a decent bio, as well.

That is true love, to desire the happiness of the one you love, before your own. All this " I love you so much I would rather see you dead than with someone else " is nothing but a desire to control.
Wow, that was a spectacular oneshot.
Never easy to face the happiness of the one you love, especially when said love is unreturned.

what a romantic reminiscence.
it dawns on him that he loves his mate, that his other friend of the trio is his rival. bitter conclusion.
but he is mature enough not to let his frustration out on the other two and kill their growing love.
Let's hope he'll find one for himself.
