Reviews for The Rescue
Poor Ron, he just misses the point, every time.
Response from Amita (Author of The Rescue)
Yes, but it was still a marvelous rescue. Thanks.

Cute and funny! Thanks!
Response from Amita (Author of The Rescue)
And thank you. And, in an immodest mood, let me suggest my other drabbles.

Will do!
LOL. Poor Ron. He helped after all.

The race is not always to the swift, nor victory to the strong, nor credit to the deserving. Thanks for reviewing.
LOL. Poor Ronniekins! :)
Response from Amita (Author of The Rescue)
Despite everything, I can almost feel some sympathy for him. :)
Well, despite their own mishaps, these girls are so right.

Apparently, the subtle nature of the female psyche eludes our intrepid hero.
Do I detect a parody of JKR's style here? ROFL
Response from Amita (Author of The Rescue)
I don't know about the parody, but I did try to follow canon. Thanks.
Poor Ron! He always gets the short end of the stick. ~lol~ Great job with the prompt. This was fun. :)
Response from Amita (Author of The Rescue)
I agree. This was unfair to poor Ron, but at least, it was obviously unfair.
Oh too funny. I laughed from the first line onward. And the ending quote fit so well, especially given how vapid and farcical the girls were being. Torn sweater and green sparks indeed! This was a riot! Thanks for the good laugh. Well done. AV

Thank you, and glad you enjoyed it.
Wow, Ron's getting battered tonight!! This is very funny! Great way to work the prompt!
Response from Amita (Author of The Rescue)
As per usual, the hero gets his just reward.
Awe, and he tried so hard to save the girls. LOL
Response from Amita (Author of The Rescue)
And the girls show their true appreciation.
SQUEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I'm so happy you decided to answer this prompt!!! Thanks for the laughs from start to finish!
Response from Amita (Author of The Rescue)
Obviously, it was an inspired prompt.
Poor Ron, what's a guy to do to get a little credit? Loved the levity, playfulness and energy in plotting the rescue, worries over knicker peeking, and that Ron outwitted the kidnappers--but true to the prompt, he is left still unappreciated *shaking head at the undeserved paltriness* Great humorous banter and depictions of each of the girls and guys, all being in the moment!
Response from Amita (Author of The Rescue)
Thanks. Obviously, Ron is fated to be the goat, but can this be done in such a way that everyone laughs at the accusations and everyone, including the reader, has a good time?
