This was so lovely, and I think you did very well with your protrayal of Snape in this. 10/10 (or rather, 5)!

Wow.  I love how you handled the solution to Hermione's potentially ruinous secret.  And I understand how she could have been thrown for a loop by Ron's unexpected desertion.  After all, she had remained true to her husband when all she had really wanted to do for the last seven years was be with Severus.  I also liked that Severus didn't behave in an opportunistic manner, but respected her enough to give her time to recover from the unexpected betrayal.But what I really loved was when Severus went to her office to take the post she had forgotten at breakfast, and gave her the kissing of her life!  Yes!  Yes!  Yes!A plus was that Molly, whom I usually think of as loyal to her family but very pushy and opinionated, came across as realistic in her support of Hermione and Severus.  She didn't make any excuses for Ron's behavior and showed concern for Hermione throughout.You know, this story could very easily lend itself to a sequel if you were of a mind to write one.  I'm just saying.I thoroughly enjoyed reading all about Hermione's secret!Beth
