Some people have suffered so much in their lives that even the Devil takes pity on them. Inspired by a line in Black Sabbath’s The Devil Cried. ‘It’s the law on the other side. Just one tear lets you run.’

Born: in the glorious year of 1979, when Dio joined Black Sabbath and Peter Pettigrew started passing on information to the Dark Lord
Colours: black, green, silver
Passions: writing, cooking, baking, witchcraft
Obsessions: quite a few, chocolate for one (hi Lupin!), but mainly a certain Potions master and a blond DE.

Have you figured out which song inspired this fic?
As he doesn't deserve Hell I'm glad. He shouldn't have gone there in the first place anyway.
Response from morgaine_dulac (Author of One Fine Day In Hell)
Nope, he shouldn't have gone to Hell, he shouldn't have died, he shouldn't have suffered, he sh... oups, getting carried away ;-)Glad you like the little piece./M
The thing is, the devil knows what's truly in our hearts and SS is just not the material needed for hell; after all Severus' actions and the role he played in the whole of HP were self-less and he did the greatest thing of all - he 'repented' and changed sides as it were with the 'key' to it all being based on LOVE.That's the one word the devil hates - rest assured on that!
Response from morgaine_dulac (Author of One Fine Day In Hell)
No, Severus is certainly not hell-material.But I don't think that the Devil hates love. Love can make people do weird things ... devilish things ... muahahaCheers. /M
Response from Sevvy (Reviewer)
Ah, but then that probably isn't real love - that's delusion. The kind of love I'm talking about is the special, deep and spirtual kind, not the superficial one that comes and goes or may only seem right at the time.Certainly if love makes people do devilish things then they have been deluded... Sorry, don't want to go in too deep but I do have quite strong views on the subject whilst I also respect others views and realise we all have our own opinions! What I do know for sure though is that Severus was a good guy at heart (badly emotionally damaged maybe) and did what he did to save others (maybe out of 'duty' and possibly out of guilt, I'll accept, but that's another story!...) :-)
Response from morgaine_dulac (Author of One Fine Day In Hell)
I agree with you about Severus 110% (yeah, I AM bad at Maths ;-))
No , Severus lived his hell on earth.
Response from morgaine_dulac (Author of One Fine Day In Hell)
He sure did.
Hmm. Interesting thought. :)

*sniff*just a few lines. but you gave us a peek into hell and the master of that place itself. And he has a heart!!hey!he listens to Severus and sees, that he could find a master in this Lily-woman. (a woman, what else could be a master to him! ha!), and so he lets the poor soul go.good! thank you

Interesting thinking, and very well done. I personally would never have let him into hell in the first place, but I suppose my personal view of things is a bit different here. But if he had to answer to the Devil, of course he had to be let off with this reasoning.
Author's Response: Despite all the good things Severus Snape has done, I doubt he would be admitted to Heaven immediately. As I see it, the admission rules up there seem to be carved in stone ;-)
Well, he isn't dead anyway, now is he .... ehm, wishful thinking ...
Frohe Ostern!

Sent shivers down my spine. Very well done!

Ah, morgaine, I liked that. I would hope that Satan would have pity on such a man.
Response from morgaine_dulac (Author of One Fine Day In Hell)
Glad you liked it. The dear Professor would not like it in Hell anyway. Too warm ;-)/M
I'm so pleased to know that someone else understands my way of thinking: Severus Snape so amazingly fantastic, even the devil cannot resist him. *grin*
Response from morgaine_dulac (Author of One Fine Day In Hell)
You mean the devil is keeping him as his, um, toyboy? LOL/M
Interesting thoughts here. It would be nice to see the flip side.
Response from morgaine_dulac (Author of One Fine Day In Hell)
Flip side?Tell me exactly what you want to read and I'll write it :-)Cheers. /M
