What can I say a 30 something mother of 1 who works as a clinical chemist in a path lab and has a 'thing', if its possible to have a 'thing' for a character, for a certain Potions Master.
RL has stalled the plot bunnies and I've no idea if/when I'll feel like writing again.

Yes he is a fool. These are difficults times. But how is he going to reach some level of acceptance and move on if he continue to "live" with her?
Anyway that's a wondefully well done job.

Yes, but Severus is prone to hold on to good times.I agree he does need to move forward, I'm not sure how old he is here, or whether they had children. If they did, I hope they show Severus how he can move forward without forgetting Hermione and what she meant to him. Thanks for leaving a review. :D
Whoa. You said so little, yet you conveyed so much. That hurt. Very masterfully written!

*blushes*Thank you, I'm so glad that enjoyed this little angsty piece. Thanks for leaving a comment. :D
This is so heartbreaking. The sadness of this kind of loss will never truly leave Severus until he and Hermione are reunited beyond the veil. The tear on Portrait!Hermione's cheek tells me that she feels their separation as keenly as he does.I wonder, did Severus know this modified Daydream charm would bring him this memory? Did George send it to him knowing Severus would dream about Hermione? Or was George merely asking for his opinion? Mercy, woman! For such a short piece, you have certainly inspired a lot of questions! Well done, dear!Beth

I do think that Severus was well aware of what would happen, grief does do strange things to us, emotionally, I do also think that George wanted Severus's opinion on the charm.I like to think that Severus and Hermione are well into their old age here, and Severus has a loving family to seek comfort with.Hugs and SmoochesSav
Merlin, this is the saddest drabble I've ever read. :-(

It is sad, but it's a very canon response from Severus. Thanks for taking time to leave a review. :D
Poor Sev, left behind.

Indeed, I feel a little cruel giving him a lost love. All will be well again when he joins her beyond the veil. Thanks for leaving a comment. :D
Aww. It really is too bad that Hermione is gone from him.
Response from savine_snape (Author of In Her Memory)
I feel guilty for killing Hermione off, but all will be well when he joins her beyond the veil. Thanks for leaving a comment. :D
Oh god. Did he know the potion would do that to him or did it catch him off guard? Poor Severus... And poor Hermionie for having to see him like that... it's just so sad. I don't see a smilie with a tear-otherwise, I'd put one here. Well done.

Thank you for taking time to leave a comment.I don't know if Severus knew that the charm would produce a memory of Hermione. All will be well again once he joins her beyond the veil.
