I am a relative newcomer to the world of Harry Potter Fan Fiction. I recently discovered the good 'ship HG/SS, and I've been hooked to the point where it is my OTP.
I was a Ruth Kirschstein NRSA post-doctoral fellow at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. When I am not at the lab bench or in the classroom, I am an organist. I'd be in a church near me, occupying an organ bench, and blowing dust around the nave. (Just kidding.) Currently, I serve as organist/choirmaster for a couple of small Episcopal churches near Duke University.

Poor Lucius. I'm sure he'll find a zaelous house-elf to make an wonderful dinner.

Hee hee hee, I'm sure he will. ;)Thanks for your review. :)
a wonderful scene! yes.the one and only. in a kitchen. left alone with muggle artifacts. But he was on his way. really, he could have made it.I almost trusted in him. almost. And then he threw it away. The only healthy thing to do with such food. in this point I do agree with him.But the coke. please, you must let him taste it in one of your next stories. He must get addicted to it. or is it me?erm. at least he mustn't throw it out in the garden any more.anyway, thank you for the story.A very courageus Hermione, playing with a Malfoy doesn't become/survive everybody.

Well. I thought it would be fun toying with Lucius ... almost getting there, but not quite. ;)As for the soda ... well, who knows if we could get him to try anything that wasn't the best made wines or the most finely crafted liquors. But we'll see. ;)Thanks for your review. :)
Shame Lucius doesn't understand that microwaving is as close to magic as Muggles get with food prep.
Response from lyn_f (Author of Microwaveable Dinner)
Indeed. But I suspect that's just his anti-Muggle bias speaking. Thanks for reading and reviewing!
If he were ever taken captive, he'd starve. Poor spoiled pureblood.
Response from lyn_f (Author of Microwaveable Dinner)
Well, at least he'd never complain about the thickening middle-aged paunch if that's the case. ;)Thanks for your review. :)
Posh! Poor Lucius would starve just because he wouldn't eat as Muggles do? LOL! He really should get out more. This made me giggle. Bravo, Lyn!
Response from lyn_f (Author of Microwaveable Dinner)
Do you think he really would? Poor narrow-minded ickle Luci-kins!Glad you liked this! Cheers and *glomps* to you. :)
Tee hee, Sev and Hermione locking Lucius up and taunting him with food that he don't know how to fix. This should be a little lesson to Lu, teaching him that maybe, just maybe he might want to learn how to use a few muggle contraptions.
Response from lyn_f (Author of Microwaveable Dinner)
But do you think he'll ever learn?Somehow, I doubt it.Thanks for your review! :)
Response from luvsev (Reviewer)
Nah, he'll never learn.
LOL. Boy, with friends like that, Lucius hardly needs enemies. I like that he figured out the microwave--that's the hard part, but he didn't bother really reading the box.
Response from lyn_f (Author of Microwaveable Dinner)
I think he was too impatient, but also too peeved with Severus and Hermione to think about taking the time to do so.Thanks, Merrin! :)
Aww, poor Lucius! I hoped he'd figure it out! Evil Sev and Hermione, leaving or posh lord alone and starving. Well done!
Response from lyn_f (Author of Microwaveable Dinner)
Hee hee ... I'm glad your wabbit is satisfied with this little offering, Lucianna! Thanks heaps. :)
Wouldn't stoop to eating microwave food either. Pft!Go Lucius!hehe
Response from lyn_f (Author of Microwaveable Dinner)
Nah - he is much too high class to stoop down so low. ;)Thanks for your review.
I'm soooo proud of Lucius for throwing it all out!!! Muah!Lovely answer to the prompt!
Response from lyn_f (Author of Microwaveable Dinner)
And just to think I originally thought of Lucius either exploding or setting fire to the microwave oven! Too bad it wasn't physically possible under my set-up ... so I just had him throw a temper tantrum instead. ;)Thanks heaps, LITC! :)
Lucius, Lucius, Lucius... and all along you could have had the delicacy that is a microwavable meal. LOL
Response from lyn_f (Author of Microwaveable Dinner)
Too bad, so sad for Lucius - he missed out. ;)Thanks for your review.
LOL Too bad she didn't replace it the dinner with soap. Now that is an interesting experiment. XD Good one!
Response from lyn_f (Author of Microwaveable Dinner)
Hah! Now that would have been perfect revenge for the times Lucius called her a Mudblood! ;) Thanks for your review.
LOL. Poor Lucius. He is such a wizard! :)
Response from lyn_f (Author of Microwaveable Dinner)
He is, indeed. :) Thanks, sunny, and thanks for your help!
