I am a slytherin in hufflepuff clothing.
I read therefore I am.
I write therefore I amuse myself.

Girl, you have totally creeped me out!! Reading through, I was all, "oh, poor Draco, poor Hermione, something happened and they'll work their way back to each other..."
That was before the Psycho stabby music started! Uuuugh, I'm still shuddering a little at the image of Hermione all protective of her demon baby. And Kitty! Yikes! Talk about House Elves being loyal to the House they serve!
Wow. Well written and effective horror. (This is not at ALL like the Black and Bleu I'm used to, not at ALL!) :D
Oh wow, what a cool, creepy concept! The mystery had me going till the end, I loved it. *shivers* Very nice!

Oh yay! So glad you liked it :-)and thanks for leaving a review!
It all started so well, and then Kitty and then Hermione is going to give birth to a baby . Creepy, very very creepy.
I know I've read and enjoyed this before, but I'm glad you reminded me of this fic. The romance between Draco and Hermione is beautiful and poignant, and Kitty is a fun OEC (original elven character)... but then comes the creeeeeeepy ending. *shudders*
Way to end the fic with a bang!
Oh, how dreadful! Wonderfully dreadful, really. I like it, how interesting and morally questionable it is. You left the horror for later, which I appreciate, not least because our minds are tremendously creative and I trust that one's imagination could come up with something really horrid all on its own. Oddly enough, this fills me with glee. Go figure.
Deified Beef! I do belive I have discovered another favorite author. I think you even managed to include "Fallen" (a la Denzil Washington) into the mix, too. Love the way the words of Severus came up to help Draco understand. It would be really creepy to have Hermione of all people fall into the Rosemary trap, unconditional love for her and Draco's child, even if it has reptilian eyes. You ARE going to creep us out all the way to a happy ending, n'est pas? *Please, please, pleeeeeze!*
Response from pokeystar (Author of Black and Blue)
Wow. Well, thank you. Fallen, really? Unintentional as I haven't seen it.I never say never, but at present, there is very little chance I will revisit this story as creepy kids scare the heck out of me.Totally creepy no, about Hermione? I also lurve the irony of Voldemort picking out a pure-blood papa only to end up a half-blood again. (bwahahahaha!) <~~ That wasn't an implication that dawned on me until much later.~bleaches image of reptilian-eyes baby out of brain~
I'm not a Dramione fan. But this was well worth the read. Brilliantly written, very creepy ending. Well, well done!!!
Response from pokeystar (Author of Black and Blue)
THAT is a huge compliment. And I thank you for it!
Aiiii! So creepy! Hermione giving birth to Voldy? Eeeeek!
Response from pokeystar (Author of Black and Blue)
Uh, yeah. Sorry about that. Feel free to blame the prompter... or the Counting Crows.
Brilliant. I am totally impressed with the flow and complexity of this story. The way their relationship developed is organic and believable. And the twist is a wicked thing. Well done, indeed.

~cuddles delicious review~Thank you!
I'm not sure I understand. Is the baby...voldemort? confused... but this is very interesting!
Response from pokeystar (Author of Black and Blue)
Er, yes.Baby is Voldemort. Draco misinterpreted the ritual. By draining him, Voldemort converted his soul into their child (conceived after Draco read Mrs. Zabini's letter), when Draco killed himself (with help from Kitty). It's very JkR, is it not? Like, how did Voldemort know Draco wasn't gay, for starters? He probably consulted a Seer. (lol)
I'm afraid to understand. By getting Hermione pregnant, he completed the ritual, so she is carrying the next Dark Lord? It's absolutely terrible and awful. You can't end the story like that. There must be a way against this. *taps foot* I WANT A HAPPY ENDING *whines* Imperio...
Response from pokeystar (Author of Black and Blue)
I'm sorry.(((hugs)))Not everything can be puppies and rainbows and unicorns, but a lot of what I write is, so forgive me this one, ok?Besides, creepy kids freak me out.
The use of memeory and current are wonderfully blended and suspensful. The way you track the relationship and the illness kept me enthralled right up to the end. But that ending -- Hermione is carrying Tom Riddle? He's coming back? Augghhh! Poor Hermione! Very inventive.
Response from pokeystar (Author of Black and Blue)
Enthralled? YAY!I know, right? I was horrible to her in this one. And she doesn't even know! Kitty will keep her from that room. And her kid! Eep! Thank you :-)
So scary, and so sad. But all truly splendid lovers are meant to have the most dreadful time, aren't they? Touching.
Response from pokeystar (Author of Black and Blue)
Well, thank you.It was kind of fun tapping into the paradigm of doooooooom for this story, but I hope that true love triumphs most of the time. But then, I am a hopeless romantic.
