Oh, Draco is smooth, and Hermione doesn't realize just what he's done for her: mader her mad so she wuldn't be seen crying at work, and kissed her in front of Ron to show she would be fine without him. Hopefully, she realizes it, or he tells her so she can thank him properly.

This is absolutely lovely.  I have always liked it when an author shows Draco as multi-faceted and intelligent.

I love it.  Hermione's dancing with Draco makes Ron wonder what just happened, and then Draco's kissing Hermione's cheek makes her wonder the same thing... only I'm certain that Ron's and Hermione's thoughts are of totally different things.Good for Draco!Beth

Oh, I do hope there is a sequel to this! While my absolute favorite fan fiction pairing is SS/HG, DM/HG is my next favorite! Great little story, and please, please write a sequel!
