God roman...so great! Bring on the ANGST!!! You know, I haven't read fic in months, but then I got this happy little e-mail in my inbox saying "Roman's got a new fic" and I had to just rush on over. So worth the hit. Love your stories, always, and love the raw anguished pain in this one.

! Long time no see!! *virtual hugs* Aww, I'm so glad you liked it. I think it is now official: I can't write anything other than angst, can I? "Raw anguished pain", I love it. :D

Oh, but the angst is so great!!! Honestly, I don't read anything without a nice healthy dose of angst, especially now that I read so little. And your stories always leave you feeling empty and raw by the end, that's why I love them so! I'm considering using one of those lovely online book making services and having them make me a hardcopy of Havoc so that I can decrease it's currently huge three ring binder status on my shelf.

Oh, and by the way, remember the key to a memorable fic? JUST SAY NO TO HAPPILY EVERY AFTER!!! See, stick with that theory, and I'll keep running back, long after I've abandoned the fic world for the lost and scary post DH world it is.

Cool! I'm not a Snarry fan, but that was very much in character for Snape, although they shag where everyone could see them, stumble over them. Good thing you made Harry actually argue Snape into love-making (if you could call it that at all.) Very good picture you painted here, with the thunderstorm, the darkness, the noise they made and the fact that they didn't kiss. Well done and thanks for sharing!

Thanks for reading (and enjoying, even if you don't like the pairing, yay)! :) I *was* hoping I could keep it in-character, even if they do shag in the dining room floor--my reasoning was that it was the dead of night, rather than just after dinner, and it happened right after Christmas, so even the raucous family members (the twins, Hermione and Ron if something was up) would be too tired and possibly too drunk to go wandering about. Even the twins have to sleep at some point! ;)
