Thank you for the review.  In a way, it is about a lover, I think.  It's the lover that you cannot have, or the lover that you haven't met, or the lover that just needs you to say something.  I really have no solid idea, but for me, it is about wanting someone that you see, but cannot touch.  I'm so glad that you like it; it means a great deal... all your reviews and comments have been just wonderful.  Thank you :) 

yes, what i meant was, i thought it was about the lover you have, and it turned out instead to be about the lover you long for. and then, see, the line about watching the throat when they swallow somehow seemed to foreshadow it, because that suggests that sort of avid watching of the object of one's desire, which i think usually changes its quality once it is obtained. (i hope that makes sense.) :)
