Yes, indeed. I was glad to have learned that lesson while still relatively young. Though I rather think it's one that keeps teaching.

It took awhile to see that a person's potential isn't nearly as important as what they've done and are doing at present.

Thank you! I endured many, many years of formal training to be able to express things that way. And then I forgot how for awhile. Funny what comes back when you open the writing taps.
