What an amazing read! Thanks for that. I kept checking for updates and at times I got really pissed off when there were none :)
I don't think a sequel is really necessary. You achieved so much in 11 chapters.
Still! If there was a fluffy little sequel, I'd read it ;)
That was a fantastic finale - laughter and real tears at one stage. Looking forward to whatever you choose to right next with anticipation.
SEQUEL SEQUEL SEQUEL!!!!!
hehe...I just LOVE this fic, it's so sweet and heartwarming, and I just, well, love it!!!! :D
Well, I was going to beg for an epilogue, because I would never dare to beg for a sequel (of course I'm saying that now), But a sequel would be infinitely more wonderful than an epilogue and I would love to see one!!!! This story was so great! Sweet, tender, heartbreaking, funny... and I really don't wan to see it end! So yes, please write a sequel, I promise to read!!!
gab
Sequel - please, please please !
I have enjoyed this so very much, I can't bear for it to end here................
Fantastic story; thank you for giving it to us :-)
LadyTuesday, this was a perfect ending. Absolutely wonderful point when to end this story. A plot that drags on can sully even the best of stories, and I wholeheartedly thank you for letting this gem go in its logical end.
i wouldn't mind reading a nice fluffy sequal.1
I really enjoyed this story, great job
*melts into a puddle* I love this story. I can't WAIT for the sequel even if it is mushy :))
I can not express my joy at this story!! So incredibly well written and so so so fantastic, wonderful, terrific...I cant not find enough adjectives to describe it! Much much squeeing here!
I love your firmly fleshed out characters. I loved that they were so very human. There was no Dark!Snape or Bitch!Hermione or anything caricature. They were truly flawed human beings searching for love. You made it an absolute treasure to read their amazing letters to each other and to so be drawn into their relationship. I felt for them and would so want to be a friend to such wonderful developed characters. Ginny was perfect as was Harry as was everyone!! I really felt like these were adults who cared for each other and wanted the best of each other and didn't care who gave it.
I am truly sorry to see them go. The story has drawn me in so far that it is hard to put them down. So of course I would love a sequel, if only to get a glimpse into their lives again....perhaps letters to their daughter? As much as I love the information highway aka the internet and email and IM and texting, I did not have those at my disposal in my youth. I saved all the letters I received from home, and from relatives while I was at college. And I still have them now... a few indeterminable years later. I even have all the letters I sent to my husband and vice versa while I was away at college. Granted I need gloves because of the sugary sappiness that drips off the pages. I enjoy them because of the handwriting of people long gone, events so shadowed in time, and yet when I read them, it comes back. You have brought that alive in this story and it was simply an amazing read. Thank you for your hard work. I appreciate it fully.
Ok - I hate to admit it but I actually teared up a bit in this chapter. Normally not for Snape Fluff BUT I really loved the letter writing and how the relationship progressed so - yay!
It stands alone but I really loved it so much that a sequel is more than welcome!
Of COURSE we need a sequel!!! Please?
This was a wonderful, romantic story! Thank you.
"let me say my peace" unless you're making a clever and very abstract pun here, I think you mean "piece".
and personally, I think "no more or less" should be "no more nor less" but that's probably your judgement call. I just love this story so much I HAVE to point out grammar bits. sorry.
I love this! I do! I do!
*GENUINE INTEREST IN A SEQUEL HERE*
no story (except Pirates of the Caribbean 2) ever really needs a sequel. this fic stands alone well. but who am I to argue with you telling us you will describe the results of the pregnancy challenge?
and plus, snape smiling and writing love letters is something we really want to see more of.
And as I forgot to mention it earlier: YES!! Give us a sequel!
This is a lovely story and a fitting chapter for its finale. I will admit that as I neared the end of the chapter, I was a bit disappointed that we would not get a glimpse of their future -- the way you see it. I know that some will say it is better to leave it to each reader's imagination, however, I would like to see your vision as I have enjoyed your story so far. So for my vote, since you are asking, I would say yes to a sequel. Even if it is only a few fluffy chapters.
As for this story, I enjoyed it throughout. It was an inventive plot that I don't think I have encountered before and you handled it well. Just the right amount of letter writing versus live interactions. Whatever your next project, I will be sure to check it out first thing. Thanks for sharing, JoAnne
This was the perfect end to a wonderful story, and that one simple line "It took" fit so well. It brought me to tears! (Happy ones, I promise.)
I'd definitely read a sequel if you wrote one, but I think this story stands quite well on its own. On the other hand, I am a sucker for sequels... ;)
Either way, I loved this story! Fabulous writing, my dear.
SEQUEL!!!!!!!!!!!! lol.
Look, honestly, I don't read fluff. But... I happened to be in the mood and I am so happy that your story fell into my lap. I have always loved these two when they write letters back and forth and fall in love that way. But, overall, it was just well written, entertaining and... well, I want a sequel to fluff, so, I'd say that was REALLY DAMN GOOD. lmao.
thanks, LT.
Sequel, sequel, sequel, sequel, sequel, sequel!!!!!
Oh please please please, with sugar, honey maple syrup and dove chocolate on top! I love the ending, it leaves me with wonderful questions only you can answer. Like will her name be lilly? Will it really be a girl first? Will or could it be multiples? Or are multiples for round two? How is Ron going to react to this? Will they get Married, or just be together? See just a small plethera of questions. I have loved this series since you started, i like a plot sometimes. Thanks for writing,
Huanita
A wonderful and lovely story! And while I think it's perfect as is, continuing with a sequel of fluff is even more awesome :D so I must endorse the fluff!
Lady Tuesday,
YOu did a marvelous job on this story.
If you want to write a sequel - excellent.
If not write a wonderful epilogue.
thank you for this story it had me in fits of giggles and wondering what they were going to do nex.
I definitely wouldn't say no to a sequal!! Great job, I'm all teary eyed and happy!
I'm sad this is over and would like a sequel, but if not, you ended it wonderfully. Congrats on a wonderful tale.
yay, it took!!! so he wants a little girl named Joy Euterpe Snape, I assume. but they need a wedding, and maybe Joy needs a little brother. so yes, I'd love to see more -- perhaps a vignette/epilogue? nice to him happier and eating more, and in a much more pleasant mood with the students. he's deserving that new reputation. thanks for sharing!
Sequel! Sequel! Sequel!
Enjoyed this immensely!
Loved this line: So how could she possibly deny him love when he deserved it so much and begged for it so prettily?
And the whole thing at the staff table was great!
Yes, this was the perfect place to end this, but sequel would be wonderful.
Yes on a sequel. Now I have to know what Severus would name his little girl.
