After the war, Hermione loses both herself and the one she loves. A dark fic where love knows no boundaries.

Beautiful and yet truthful opening lines about love.
Wow, what a great read. Very unique and intriguing and sad. This is one that will stick with me for a while, and I always appreciate that :)

Thanks, I'm really glad you liked it and that it will stick with you. I appreciate that too in a fic. :)
Very interesting take on the Time-Turner use. To go back as a ghost of ones self to fall in love with who you are? Errie!
Original and strange and sad. What a fascinating and new idea! excellent treatment!
That was cool! OMgosh that was also rather original and it was thought provoking. But I why would knowing you love yourself and being the one loved be so odd I wonder. I don't know that it would be all that odd. Nicely done though.

The thing is, Hermione doesn't know who she's falling in love with. Perhaps she thinks that she can find her love again, back in the present. (Hmm, interesting phrase.) She knew nothing, and she had nothing to hold on to or to live for, because she had no memories, so I think that when she lost the one thing that was perhaps keeping her sane it would have been horrible and very traumatic. I think that however much self-love we have, loving someone else is something different altogether. And she lost that to... herself, I guess. Thanks for reviewing!

Very poetic. A pleasant surprise for sure. Not the kind of writing one normally sees in fanfiction. Interesting story and elegant storytelling. Good job.

Thanks! Poetic writing is my speciality... The idea is, as you say, quite unique. I remember once reading a Hermione/Hermione fic, but it was more of the time-turner-back-a-few-hours PWP variety.

what an original premise! I am so impressed! Thank you for sharing this with us. Not my usual read, but amazing. what an incredible idea!

Thank you for your comments! I like the idea of time turner fics, but there's so many intricacies involved that I think some fics don't do justice to. I've attempted to portray a possibility, though I'm not too sure it's that great now that I've written it...But thanks! Much appreciated.

If you wish for a second opinion, I have an eye for details and would be happy to read it over.

Oh duh! I took your comment that you had finished it to mean that this was the first part. But then after I replied, I thought, "I thought this was a one-shot.' (and it is.) so you do not need any consultation on future chapters. However, if you ever need an opinion on a future tale, I am available on and off.
Response from ArtemisofEphesus (Author of White)
Haha, you're funny. I'll keep your offer in mind though!
