Reviews for Second Life
I am just amazed that you are able to keep up this pace of writing and posting without sacrificing even one iota of quality. Please accept this chocolate cyber-martini with my thanks. This is the darkest chapter, yet. To be so alone and isolated is bad enough. To be alone, isolated, and afraid on Christmas makes it all the worse. Thanks for letting us know where Snape was and how he tried to help them. JKR forgot to tell us that in her version. Snicker.
Response from Lariope (Author of Second Life)
I accept your chocolate cyber-martini with gratitude! However, will I get a cyber-hangover? Christmas is the oddest little running theme in this story. I think we may see one more before it's through, although don't hold me to that; but it seems to have a chokehold on my mind with these characters. And I'm glad I could shed some light on Snape's whereabouts. *snerk*Thank you so much for reading and reviewing!!
Thank you for posting again so soon!! I'm enjoying this story very much and can't wait for more.
Response from Lariope (Author of Second Life)
Thank YOU for reading and reviewing! I really appreciate it.
Severus seems to be slipping a bit. I think the two really need to have some time together. Why can he not slip out of Hogwarts and meet her somewhere? Well done my friend. Irish
Response from Lariope (Author of Second Life)
Hold your horses, my dear. The silver doe approacheth. :) Thank you for reviewing! *squishes you*
Poor Severus. I feel so bad for him, and Hermione is so trapped. But you know, I always hope that in fictional hell, Dumbledore is burning somewhere for the way he treated the people he supposedly cared about.
Response from Lariope (Author of Second Life)
I feel very bad for him too. But I think there is at least some comfort in the fact that he is coming to know the plan, so that even though his choices are limited, at least he has some choices. And if there is fictional hell, then yes....!Thank you for reading and reviewing!
Oh my, what can I say. I knew Harry and Hermione would get away, but still you had me on the egde of the chair while reading. I enjoy the Malfoys discomfort, I hope you at the end will mention some punishment for them? I am a bit angry at the other teachers for their behaviour against Severus, but then again it also proves how well he plays his part. I think I am most angry at Dumbledort for forcing him into this situation, and a tiny bit angry at Minerva who should have known better. As usual a brilliant chapter to a even more brilliant story. Update again soon!!!
Response from Lariope (Author of Second Life)
I'm glad that the tension was still there, even though you know what would happen. And those blasted Malfoys!! I also hope i'll find some way to punish them!Thank you so much for reviewing. More soon!
Wow, you are truly amazing! I can't wait for more!!!!gab
Response from Lariope (Author of Second Life)
Yeep! Thank you! More to come soon. *hugs*
It says a lot that even when already knowing the outcome of events described, I am still excited enough to be literally on the edge of my seat, wanting to know what happens!A great chapter once again, especially Severus's POV. Being the Dark Lord's favourite certainly doesn't mean one's life is safe and wonderful...
Response from Lariope (Author of Second Life)
I'm really glad that the suspense survived. That's so heartening--thank you! And I'm very glad you liked Snape's POV. I was very excited to write that part.
This was excellent! I can't wait for the next chapter!
Response from Lariope (Author of Second Life)
Thank you! More soon!
Brava! You've done it again, and splendidly!
Response from Lariope (Author of Second Life)
Thank you, Mia. :) I'm glad you liked it.
I especially appreciated Severus's POV of the events.
Response from Lariope (Author of Second Life)
Thank you. Writing Severus is my greatest pleasure. He sees the world in such unusual ways.
*on the edge of my seat* Excellent installment!
Response from Lariope (Author of Second Life)
Thank you!

Thank you! I'm so glad you like it!
Well, another one of your flock of loyal readers has safely arrived at the staging area. Please update soon.
Response from Lariope (Author of Second Life)
Well, I thank you very much for reading, and will update tomorrow!
I like how you added the bit about Hermione sobbing into the frame using Snape's first name, and how that makes him sure that it's safe to call her. It's a very nice demonstration of the building trust between them.Phineas Nigellus is delicious as always. He reminds me of Snarky!Snape actually. Good stuff.

. I'm so glad you're enjoying PNB as much as I am. :)
This was heartwrenching! Your characterisations are beautiful; you give your players such a rich emotional life that is somewhat lacking in the original source. You make them real - you give them flesh and blood. I absolutely love this story! :)
Response from Lariope (Author of Second Life)
Thank you, Tinks! I'm so glad that you're reading, and even more glad that you're enjoying it!
Whooppee! I am back for more! Oh, I love how he defends her here! I know I have said it before, but I just love that you are tying your story into the books. Very kewl...
Response from Lariope (Author of Second Life)
Thank you so much! I'm very glad that his defense of her works! And that you're enjoying the canon elements. Thanks for reviewing!
I'm so enthralled by the story I have no words for a review other than thank you.
Response from Lariope (Author of Second Life)
*hugs you very tightly*I could never say thank you enough for that. But I hope you know how sincerely I mean it. Thank you.
Well, my laundry day is completely shot to crap... but what better way to spend a day, sitting and reading a fabulous story!?!?! Works for me!
Response from Lariope (Author of Second Life)
I do that all the time. My husband hates fanfic because I won't do the chores anymore. :) I'm glad you're enjoying it. :)
You know, I have to admit that I really like the fact that Moody is in on her secret. So many stories make him out to be a pretty bad ass dude, and I am sure he is/was, but I like the twist that you have taken into making him an ally.... so far at least!
Response from Lariope (Author of Second Life)
Thank you! Moody is a very fun character to work with--he has such a different tone from the other Order members. I'm glad you're liking my version. Thanks for reviewing!
Argh...and through all of it, I only hope she can handle it when he does what he has to do! eek!
Response from Lariope (Author of Second Life)
Yes, that is the question, isn't it? I hope you will be satisfied with the answer. :) Thanks for reading and reviewing!
Oh, that was desperately lovely! So sad!
Response from Lariope (Author of Second Life)
Thank you!
Loved it! Perverse Romeo and Juliet indeed!
Response from Lariope (Author of Second Life)
I think you were the only person to mention that line, and I'm so glad you did because I loved that part in particular. I'm glad it spoke to you, too. Thank you for reviewing!
