I love how you have left the identity of his last gift-giver secret- even the gender! Well done!

Oh, I do so like happy endings!  And few people deserve one more than Severus, whose entire life has been so miserable.This is an excellent tale.  You have packed a great deal into a few scenes.  And since he's presumed dead, it's even compliant with DH.  (Unless you meant that to be Hermione with  him.  But you don't say who it is, so I want it to be a new person in his life that we know not of.  Not , say, Sybil!  That was it can be DH compliant and he's still alive, AND happy!)Thanks for this.

I'm so glad Severus' last birtday ended on such a hopeful note. Our hero deserves to be happy. You didn't mention who was helping him celebrate his last birthday. I'll just assume you meant it to be ME.

You know, I want that last person in his birthday to be Hermione. In fact, I'm really hoping for it! However, you managed to not only kept the name hidden, you even had cleverly kept the *gender* to this person hidden! :P Ah, all is possible, eh? All is possible... :)

Anyway, thank you so much for making him lives. I don't mind (much) if that person in the last birthday is not Hermione, so long as he lives! Thanks. :)

Lovely. Really clever to leave out not only the name but the gender of the person in the last part. The readers can imagine whoever they want *cough*me*cough* to be the 'misterious' person.
