ah, lovely ending. I couldn't help hearing some AC/DC in my head as the overthrow was being done. V is also one of my favorite movies

What a wonderfull and different story. It is so rare that one reads something completely novel in this fanddom so this was a real pleasure. And quite fitting to read it here on may day. Why do I feel this sudden aversion to pink?

Yes, dystopias are ... dystopic.
I'm having "Legally Blonde" flashbacks here--and not the funny parts, either! This had better be worth it.

I have to admit that movie never came to mind for me, but this satirizes pink instead of glorifying it. Perhaps if you read more of the great dystopian works, you'll see their influence.
I loved the idea of this fic. Such a pity that it is so short! Lovely work, lady.

i have just read it. it is brilliant and hilarious :-). but i must say the thought of Umbridge as Minister is actually very scary.
