I have to apologize to everyone, period. Real life swallowed me whole, as I have been struggling to make a living writing original fiction over the last 8 years. It has not been easy, & has been complicated by health issues. I hope people can forgive my long silences. Trying to make enough money to live on from writing is a lot harder--waaaay harder--than it looks. (At least I didn't leave any posted fanfics unfinished.)
Anyhoo...
These stories are works of parody (& thus are allowable under US law), and are not written for profit. Just for fun. I'm not making any money off of any fanfics, nor will I ever. I'm just playing around in other writers' universes.
...I am, however, making something of a living off my own stories. (If anyone wants to play around in my universes, you may visit my website, www.jeanjohnson.net, and look up my policy on Fanfics & Fanarts. It's reasonable enough and fairly easy to follow, too...)

pls add a reader whinge of the same nature. I am a newbie in hp fandom, i just wasted to tell you that u and plaidpooka are my favorites. Kudos on the sheer concentrationof action- i mean wow!! In the morning she goes out to meet her secret admirer and the very same night, she is celebrating with her husband! talk about a really good day!

Thank you, Wonderfloo! I enjoy Plaidpooka's writing, too, so it's doubly nice to be linked to her during a compliment!~Lotmwho could use a really good day like that...
I enjoyed your story; but quit worrying about whether or not a story is canon or not. The AU stories are the most interesting and original; the canon stories are mostly just rehashes of the books. Who knows what JKR has planned for Book Seven; I am doubting that we will like it. Her first five books were great; I'm waiting to find out what she does with Book Seven. It may not be good. In the event that it is't, I hope that writers won't quit writing these fanfics.

I'm just praying the woman isn't so stuck on her own "genius" (swelled head and all) that she thinks she can get away with anything where her characters are concerned. The problem is, with something as massively popular as HP, it's taken on a life of its own, and if she tries to pull a stunt that will be highly unpopular (i.e. killing off Harry, Hermione, Ron, etc.--or even Snape!!--) well, she'll find out very quickly just how BAD an idea that will be.Never, ever, screw over your fanbase. Even George Lucas knew that one, and changed the ending of Ep. VI, Return of the Jedi. (Luke was supposed to turn evil and there were supposed to be 3 more 'episodes' before the conclusion.)~Lotm(whose high school best friend's mother was best friends in her own high school days with Lucas' elder sister, ages ago) *starts singing It's A Small--and that's as far as she gets before the aforeposted mob starts chasing after her* teehee!
Whew! Wrapped that all up right quick. And yes, I did recognize parts of it. But borrowing from yourself has no penalties. ~

Lol, you made me think of the game of "Thief: Solitaire", a picture of a masked crook looking around to make sure he's not being observed as he pickpockets his own wallet!Glad you enjoyed it,~Lotm
I just can't believe he gets her all completely aroused again and then he brings up the subject of collecting her virgin blood. And, yes. wouldn't we all like our very own Snape? And if the instruction manual is missing, I'm willing to experiment... carefully. Or use the one in this chapter which is excellent and very revealing. ~

Mm-hmm. Get in line, honey! (lol)~Lotm
I wonder what that other gift was that he bought in the jewelry store? I especially liked when he showed up unannounced in the mirror portal and was absolutely stunned by her standing there in the silver nightie with the slit up to here. She has alot of power over him and not a clue yet what to do with it. ~
Wow, the Hogwarts Charter, the Castle Wards and DD's tinkley objects have them eloping almost faster than I can say 'Marriage Law.' LOL ~

I must say, Albus is a bit of a voyeur, knowing frmo his whirly twinkly tinkley silver doodads that they hadn't had backdoor interactions, and that they hadn't technically had frontdoor interactions either, yet were in violation of the charter. (I wonder if any of them plug into a portrait frame like a DVD player into a t.v. or a monitor?) Meh. All the Headmasters and Headmistresses are a bit pervy, if you ask me!~Lmaoaka Lotm
That was fun to read. You do such a marvelous job writing these encounters. I am surprised that a few minutes of being blindfolded, her loosey-goosey 'rules' and his explanation of consensual games merits a BDSM warning. I liked Hermione's quick-witted responses to Harry which harkened back to Umbridge's trip to the Dark Forest in OOP. Time to turn the page. I just love reading something where I don't have to wait and wait for another installment. ~

Wellll, some people are a mite skittish about such things. Better to be rectally retentive than sorry, as they say...(No, I'm not pointing fingers at any particular petrified posteriors. It's just a general butt-covering decision.)~Lotm
Ah, yes, now all those pieces fall into place and the reasons are clear. No time for a long review--I've got to read more. ~
I don't understand what has caused Severus to get in such a rush for an unveiling. Perhaps the next chapter will make it clearer(?). ~
That was certainly spy-sneaky standing behind her while she reads his letter. But it left him in the ironic position of having to answer questions about himself as a third party. At the end he laughed briefly along with the readers. Cool! I do wonder how he'll go about revealing his true identity to her. My curiousity is also growing about the nature of the curse he is supposed to save her from. ~
You're off to a good start. I'm in heaven for having found one of your stories I haven't read to help me survive the summer heat. Interesting that Severus felt compelled to suck on his own injured digit, even knowing the effect. I'm looking forward to seeing if he follows DD's advice and what of himself he will reveal to her, if anything. ~
I really liked this story. I enjoy your writing very much. Thank you.
Hi, LOTM,it’s always a pleasure to read something from you. Although the main plot developed very fast – only one day for their first meeting, their Gretna Green marriage, the wedding night, and although SS was quite a very bit OOC here (can you say `quite a very bit`?), too soft for me in the end, with his everlasting apologies for his crude behaviour, but you warned us enough about that before and assumingly you can’t always write the same Snape, that would be boring (for you, anyway); as I said in the beginning, it’s very pleasurable to read your writing.
What I liked most here - besides your absolutely wonderful lemons, but you surely know that you are quite gifted with them, you simply got the “right feeling” with it, the right “speed”, it’s never awkward, but always highly erotic, highly imaginative, inspiringly – um, where was I? Yes, what I liked most here was the “Granger-Snape-Manual”. What a fantastic fun! So very amusing!!
Thanks a lot for the entertaining time!

*nods head, shakes head, nods, shakes, nods, shakes, nose starts going in a rapid little circle, and she gets dizzy and falls over*...(just kidding!)Thanks for the comments, and the compliment--the timing of a storyline, the pacing of its action, is very important to get right, but not always easy to indeed 'get it right'. I'm glad I succeeded, despite the massive mouthfuls of sugar-fluff!Hugs, & you're quite welcome,~Lotm
Yay!Just what I needed to cheer me up.The Lady strikes again.

With what, a paper wand-cone wrapped in spun sugar-fluff? ...Ooh, that sounds evil...~Lotm
That was sweet and sappy. I thoroughly enjoyed it, Lotm. It was interesting to see a few aspects from In Annulo scattered around. A fun little read. Thanks for posting it! :)
SUPER DUPER!!!I really loved it.

Great ending! I loved it!
Fantastic, I really enjoyed this - thank you for posting even though HBP crushed it!!
*Dies* At first when I heard they had to marry I really didn't think that would go over well with Hermione, but who knew? *Giggles*
*Drools* Wonderful... Simply wonderful as always my dear!
LOTM, I love both your tales and I've also read your "For Someone Special" be he canon or be he occsnape, one of your snape's is worth two in the blind.
I agree with your whigne! I want one too!!! OMG I lovew my husband, but lets face it anyone still "in love" at this stage is either faking it, or has found a way to have their cake and eat it too--- okay now i want Snape cake, thanks a lot Lady!
