What can I say a 30 something mother of 1 who works as a clinical chemist in a path lab and has a 'thing', if its possible to have a 'thing' for a character, for a certain Potions Master.

RL has stalled the plot bunnies and I've no idea if/when I'll feel like writing again.

Loved the title, and it was so apt for this.

Response from savine_snape (Author of His Harbour in A Storm)

*grins* Thank you, Hermione is, most definately, Severus' safe harbour. She has shown him that love doesn't have a price attached to it.

That's always handy to have a girl in one's bed to make the nightmares go away. If she ever tired, I'm up to the job anytime...

Response from savine_snape (Author of His Harbour in A Storm)

*giggles*Oh, my dear, I doubt Severus would be lonely for long if Hermione tired of him. He has a legion, and then some, of fangirls who'd gladly jump between his sheets to soothe his furrowed brow. :DThanks for the review, as always, you made me smile. :D

I've awakened from nightmares that felt so real and left me with such a sense of panic and dread that it took me a while to realize that it was only a bad dream.  I can only empathize with Severus and his sense of utter gratitude and relief when he heard Hermione's voice calling him home. This is a fabulous story of redemption and the healing power of love.  Well done!Beth

Thank you, Beth.I admit that the inspiration came from a vivid dream that I had had the night before I wrote this.Dumble's was right when he twittered on about love, it really is a powerful emotion. right back.Sav xo

Remorse and redemption.  Hurt and comfort.  Gotta love it.

I'm so thrilled that you love this.I can see canon Severus visiting Lily's grave and being full of remorse, despite the fact that he tried to save Lily. Thanks for leaving a review. :D
