HAHAHA!  This is so tongue-in-cheek!  What a great setup!!I can just picture Hermione compounding her own problems by using Arithmancy to find out who she should petition for. Or imagine the hordes of VERY irate men out to get her--and she decides that she needs to marry 'someone' (*cough* Snape *cough*) who can protect her!! HA again.  I can't wait to see what happens next.

Good start! In the first chapter, I was surprised that any Slytherins were chosen at all, and that none of them had things or hexes thrown at them. In this, I am not in the least surprised that the Ministry is running around with the bit in its mouth, so to speak.

Wonderful!  Hermione's own work as the scientific reason for a marraige law.  And they've made it clear in the paper just who to blame:  Hermione, of course, not the Ministry!An excellent and fun-filled twist.

Very original!  I have never read a marriage law story that had Hermione directly linked to the creation of the law.

Oh, this was a brilliant twist; Hermione is to blame for the Marriage law. I know that what she did was to pinpoint a very real problem, but it was a refreshing twist anyhow:-)) It is also refreshing that it is the males who have to marry:-)) Now I am looking forward to see how you get from passing the law to Hermione marrying Severus:-))

Oh dear, unfortunately, this reflects a global trend how good ideas can turn into a nuisance when turned into laws.

Oh man, what a horrible way to be the focus of attention. Poor Hermione, being right isn't always comfortable. ~and Professor Snape is going to AK her~ Mystery Writer, I love the start of your story and I can't wait for your next chapter.

The marriage law fics are always some of my favorite fanfic reads!I especiallly love it when Severus is in take charge mood.

I absolutely love this--the Marriage Law has passed, and it's all Hermione Granger's fault!  That is just priceless...  And of course, as the author of the law, she'll be expected to set a good example and be one of the first ones to marry.  Never mind that she's in school...  This is definitely a case where the phrase "don't kill the messenger" is horribly apt.I look forward with bated breath to the next chapter!

Oh, is Hermione in trouble now! Poor thing, everyone hates her. But something needed to be done! At least the law doesn't force blood status to be an issue. I can't wait to see what happens next.
