Like many proud alumni of the honorable Hufflepuff House, ApollinaV is a rabbid Huffle-hugger, champion pear-tickler, and founding member of Cleansweep-Streakers Guild (the AV-Eyeful is so named in her honor). Since graduating Hogwarts, she done 'responsible' and 'professional' things - and resolves not to do that anymore. Dreadful amounts of paperwork.

LOL! I can imagine Severus standing outside the hotel smoking a cigarette and eyeing all the witches and wizards! What a wonderful way to honor all those who went to Chicago! I know from reading all th HWW posts and seeing the pics that a great time was had by all.Beth

A great time was had by all. And we would have fangurled him like there was no tomorrow. Karelia gave me the prompt, and I must thank her. It was a delight to write. Thank you for reading love! AV
I usually don't read this genre but from the summary i knew I had to. That was great lol. I'd love to read more about the real Snape at a HP conference lol. And if only he knew his doppleganger was a she lol.

*big grins* Why thank you. Droxy!Snape is pretty convincing. We spoke to several people at this con that were certain she was male. AV

Yes when I first saw her photos on the internet I thought she was too until someone told me. But I already knew her from chats when I finally met her.
Babe, This was such a fun way for you to memorialize the weekend - and the only way it could have been better would have been for the *real* Severus to show up. Only those of us still upstairs would never have forgiven you if you'd kept him to yourselves!! *hugs*

He'd have gotten fangurrrled so bad. And if he were in robes!...gah...I know I would have walked away from the crushing pile with a button. SECURITY!!! *grins* Thanks babe. Karelia made me do it. AV

Ha! You'd have a button and I'd have a picture!! *cackles*

You remember where I put the three buttons that I did get... Oh, and you took a pic of that too! *blushing grins* AV
Oops, forgot to rate.
An argument for fan fiction is that it gives a voice to the disenfranchised. The hero endures both social and personal disapproval to the point of ostracism. His not being allowed to wear his robes notes the similarity of the primary cause and fandom. His dislike of squeeage marks him as a person of refinement. There is a hint of temptation with the witch that looks like a Black sister, but since only one witch matters, he and, by association, the others are people of true character – possibly misunderstood and underappreciated, but noble.

Wow. That's quite a different take on the scene. In truth the exact event took place in Chicago, last weekend. Only we've inserted the fictional character next to Droxy. Droxy being the true doppleganger given her artform of impersonating Snape. Ladyinthecloak was dressed as a Black sister that evening. Interesting commentary AV
