I love the Severus-Vernon interaction!  Also liked the way Severus stepped in between Harry and Dursley, and his words to Petunia.  Here's hoping you tell us what Severus did with his chemistry set.  Thanks for updating!

I loved it!  Severus's menacing ways really brought the family in line, and how nice that non muggles folk came to support Harry in what I am sure they thought was his grief.  If only they knew...I suspect his aunt and uncle would really have had their hands full.

How funny!  you difused the tense situation (at least for the reader) with the appearance of celebrities.  LOL.  Vernon and Petunia must be wondering what Beckam is doing there, and how they can turn it to their advantege.  Glad to see this chapter, thanks!

This is a nice extension to the original storyline, it promises to be a very good read.  I like how you write Snape

Its so good that Severus and Harry were able to come to terms. The old locked-together-in-the-same-room-recuperating trick.  Good use of the prompt, but you know I’d really like another chapter of how Harry dealt with Petunia and Vernon’s fawning all over him…Would you ever consider it?

I love where you are taking this so far.  I like that Dudley has grown up alot.  Very nice!

I really like this!  I like the idea of Severus seeing the Dursleys again.  I like that a lot!   and I like Dudley, a newly mature, aware Dudley.  neat!   It's nice to see harry and Severus get past their disagreements and be friendly.I look forward to more.

There are several things about this story that I like. First, of course, is that Severus is alive and (mostly) well. Second is that Vernon and Petunia are finally getting some of the comeuppance they deserve. Third, you've nicely fleshed out the hint of Dudley's new-found maturity that Jo gave us.I really liked the way you described the 'behind the scenes' machination of the elder Dursleys. Leave it to Vernon and Petunia to try to find a way to turn even a tragedy to their advantage!Well done! Looking forward to more of this one.

This is a very interesting premise.  Fist I have to say I love the fact that this is AU and Severus is alive and well, even better, Potter and Snape are friends.  Dudley finally has a mind of his own, which we saw a bit of in DH.  I'm hoping Severus puts Vernon in his place.  Looking forward to chapter two.
