I am a web designer who lives in the backwoods of Maine. At my daughter's encouragement (then eight years old) our family read the entire seven books aloud during 2007. We averaged about a book a month. I'm still going through withdrawal. Reading fan fiction is how I delay the ending of the Harry Potter series. 
HG/SS (as adults - I have a hard time wrapping my mind around teen/adult relationships) is my favorite pairing to read, although I do enjoy most any well written fics. I'm writing my first fic - a DM/HG. It's all mapped out and I'm half way through writing. I am afraid to post before it is finished in case I run out of steam!
