A tale of set-ups, sniping and silliness in large doses. When Ginny sends in an advertisement for the 'Lonely Hearts' Section of the Daily Prophet for Hermione, neither friend really anticipates a reply--that is, until Lucius sends one behind Severus' back, neatly forcing Severus to continue the correspondence. Despite their initial arguments, Severus and Hermione soon find themselves enjoying their correspondence, though they have no idea who the other is and that they seemingly despise each other in 'real life'! How on earth will this unlikely match of mistaken identities, verbal sparring and postscripts resolve itself?

REGARDING ALL THAT'S LEFT
In case you were wondering why it vanished off the face of the earth, not to worry. It's undergoing a significant bit of revision, but it'll be back eventually. It'll probably be under a different name, too, but the premise will largely be the same. Thanks to everyone who supported me through it; I just wanted to make a few changes but it'll be back, I promise.

Oh this is so good. I know how hard it is to tell a story in 'letter' format and yet you've done a fairly good job of giving us a lot of information. really well done.

Actually, I don't find it too hard. It's a lot more fun than 'real' storytelling because you get to be subtle about the information you give, and yet it feels like the reader has enough information to go by, at least for now. Plus, the interaction is so much fun. Glad you're enjoying it, though. Thanks for reviewing, beaweasley!

Well the first chapter was very good - I cannot wait for more - the death and kick ass banter was funny as all get out. You the reader put them in similar light by how they responded to the person writing them. You can see a mutual behavior in both of them... good work.

! More is on the way. Aww, I'm glad you think so. It's really fun writing them, especially because I keep putting myself in all the different points of view and looking at how they would write it. It's interesting, too, because all of the characters in this story are actually quite snarky in canon, too, when they want to be. Which is going to be so much fun to play with! Thanks for the review.
