Severus Snape has always been my fav character since I found HP. I enjoy dark, graphic stories, but will read some fluff and I love humour.

Wow, this is so tragic, yet it is refreshing to see Snape as the surviving half of the pair because it happens so rarely. I can't imagine how difficult it was to not only write her death but to write it so succinctly. Well done! And, if you hadn't figured it out already, I'm just making my way through your stories ;)

I'm sorry. Yeah, I cried too writing it. I haven't read this story since I posted it for that very reason. :( But thank you so much for reading it and reviewing on every chapter... I really thought this story got lost in all the other hundreds of fics on this site and I am glad you found it and brought it back to life for me... This one was important to me because I have never written about the death of one of them, So many hugs and many thank yous...Shell~

Severus is always the one who thinks he will be the one to die in the war. I cant imagine how awful he must feel having his love taken away from him by the same man for a second time.This is a wonderful set of drabbles. Very poignant and moving in so few words. Brilliant.

, I'm glad you enjoyed them. Yes, that feeling of having to go through that loss all over again must be horrible. It would almost make me never want to love again just out of pure fear.
Poor Severus. To sacrifice his marriage only to find Narcissa was on Voldy's side after all...I only hope Hermione finally realises what happened.

Yes, you are right--Dumbledore is just as bad, if not worse than Voldy. I'm sorry I had to write her death because I am such a supporter of SS/HG, but in this case... I had to do it. Thank you for reading through the end.
You did very well with these drabbles. I can only imagine how hard it was to condense the story you want to tell into these precise parts.

NO. You leave me with no hope. I'm actually reading Second Life from Lariope and I don't want anyone to die (especially my favourite couple). What you said in the note desperates me completely. As for your story you're right to say she has to die. That's one of the reason I haven't read DH yet (despite my waiting for two hours in the middle in the night last july). This is too nice. Honestly how three teenagers could survive in a war and get out of it unharmed? I find this book too dispointing to be read. And thanks to fanfiction site I know the major story.

...thank you for reviewing. I'm sorry I freaked you out about Second Life. Yes, Lariope is the master like I said, but it's not Second Life you have to worry about. It's another story of hers...that's all I say but if you want to read it, go to restrictedsection.org and it's under If Memory Serves. 
Bad me haven't reviewed each chapter, but I've read. A very sad tale, which tends to fill me with anger at Dumbledore and Voldemort as well.

Thank you for reading. Yes, both DD and V are to blame, sometimes it shouldn't be about "the greater good" Poor Sev has suffered so much...he just wanted that one thing in his life, and yet again, he couldn't have it.
A very sad ending indeed, Severus shouldn't blame himself though; everyone has 20/20 hindsight.

Harsh and poignant. Brilliant. Bloody stupid Griffindor, rushing in without pause for thought, leaving poor Sev alone (again) to mourn another love taken from him by Voldemort. I rather think he'll have some deep seated emotional problems to deal with. Bravo. You can never have too much suffering, it's good for the soul.
