I love Luna.  Whenever something crazy happens and you need someone to believe you or help you understand it, Luna's the one you want.  Or Neville, but Luna's preferable, I think.  And she's very good about interpreting subtleties.

Anyway, I do like how you've chosen to deal with the past/present timeline issue.  It's unique in its interpretation, and as Luna seems to-- what, either remember the previous unaltered timeline or have tons of insight about the possibilities, Hermione's not necessarily the only one with the responsibility of knowing what's happened.  Although I have to say it'd be a bit disconcerting to sit around wondering when something Herms is doing with baby!Sev twenty years earlier is going to confuse your world forever.

Love how matter-of-factly Luna has taken it, and that she actually noticed the difference in the time-stream... Maybe Hermione ought to discuss any questions she has about the new present with Luna, like whatever the issue with Ginny is.

This is so fun! The fic is great on its own, but I actually  get the 'inside jokes' that come with the InuYasha flavoring.

I am just as curious as Hermione to discover how much of the past changed. Did Severus ever realize that Hermione Granger was his Heidi? I hope that Hermione finds a way to help Severus, maybe by raising him from the dead?I really look forward to the next chapter and seeing what all has changed.

jiminy crickets!  i hardly know what to say.  the plot just thickens more and more.  it must be very disconcerting to be hermione right now.  and now i have so many new questions to ponder!  so ponder i will, until the next installment when you will probably throw out some other curve that i could never have anticipated.  yay!  what fun!

I'm really enjoying this!

Wonder what's going to happen now... Does she make it all the way back to the future? Will Severus be able to stop her fall, or follow her through time? Will Lupin (from the past) become to Hermione what Koga is to Kagome? So many questions! Hopefully the next chapter will come soon so I can start getting answers to some of them at least!

I've only just tonight discovered this fic, and you have me totally HOOKED!  And, oh, what an EVIL cliffie to leave us on!  I do hope the next chapter is up soon---I went so far as to check every website you mentioned where this fic is posted, but it's only up to Chapter 5 on ALL of them, darn it!!! (stamps foot impatiently).  I am all in a dither to know whether she's now been transported back to her own time (but....if so....then Severus is dead, and any hope of a 'different' future for him is too late), or whether 'his' contributions to the "heart's desires" primed into the Starglass along with her own have made for an entirely new future than was there before.  I'm also bearing in the back of my mind the niggling worry that no one who ever owned the Starglass had a happy ending....brrrrr.  Hope this one will be the exception to that! You have a new fan, and I can't wait to see your next!  Do tell the mods to put the next one up QUICKLY!Countrymouse

you do weave a good tale.  i love how you describe the scene visually, so i can really picture it and feel like i am right there.  interesting and sad to see remus.  i wonder what severus is up to, and i hope he opts to let "heidi" help him instead of fighting with her - assuming that she comes out of the well and back into his time, which of course we don't know yet.  well, you do, but i don't!am looking forward eagerly to the next!

I always like a good fight scene and Hermione can give as good as Severus can.  I loved the latest chapter and cannot wait to see where it is headed.

Well, I wonder what the well is doing now. Is it transporting her to another time? Did something happen to the vial when she fell? If she does travel through time, I wonder what Severus will think.
