Reviews for Letting Go
Oy! will you please finally update this fic? you can't just leave us hanging like that. it's cruel!
Brilliant, but please hurry up and update soon. Is he going to yank her out of the bath or climb in with her?
I just have to say that I am absolutly loving what you've written so far. I can't wait for the next installment!!
Oh!...To makes us wait is evil
Wonderful story!!! I can't wait to read the next part. I wonder if Harry will stay away or if he will make things difficult!!!
Response from notsosaintly (Author of Letting Go)
Am still debating that one...
If it's already written, then where the hell is it you teasing wench! Oh, I'll wait, I'll wait. NSS smut is always worth waiting for. But I won't wait patiently! Wonderful fic so far. I adore that Harry is still an unmittigated brat and I must say that I am quite fond of a Snape who rescues distressed damsels. I do hope he gets rewarded adequately and soon! :)
Response from notsosaintly (Author of Letting Go)
It's PARTIALLY written, due to the fact that half the smutty part was in chapter 3 and I decided to build the suspense more. *snicker* Patience is a virtue.
Yes, you are evil and I think we should hex you, but then you could not finish your stories. This is a great chapter can't wait for chapter four.
Response from notsosaintly (Author of Letting Go)
*hee hee* Maybe hexing will make me work faster!
Im yelling at you as requested. But only to encourage you to write more!!!
Response from notsosaintly (Author of Letting Go)
Haha! Well, since you put it that way...
Oooooh evil, EVIL author! Hmph! You just had to leave us right before gettin to the goods, huh? *smirk*
Excellent story, NSS. I can see why SW was eager for an update. Now I am too. Oh the two of us are going to be pestering you to update this story now! Hehehehehe... *evil smirk*
Anyway, definitely enjoying this so far. And to be honest I'm actually enjoying the slower pace of things. Having Sev and Hermione jump in the sack in the first paragraph of a story can be very fun, but with a great set up (like this) and a good back story it's so much more worth it to wait. Great job! :-)
Response from notsosaintly (Author of Letting Go)
I am actually enjoying the slower pace. I've been feeling abnormally romantic lately. Perhaps I have a fever. :) Anyway, the more people nag me, the faster I write!
Okay, you are evil!! Deliciously evil!! Once again you've got me hooked. I do so love everything you write. Funny, sexy, hot and oh, so passionate, I do believe you've got another fabulous story unfolding here.
Harry is a cold unfeeling bastard, who doesn't know what to do with a woman! I do believe that severus will show Hermione just what she's been missing for the last 5 years!! I can't wait for chapter 4!!
Response from notsosaintly (Author of Letting Go)
And once a girl has Severus, she never goes back. (heehee!)
OWWWWWWWWWW Ron and Harry Poor Hermione. She has to rebuild her life, cans he do that with the aid of Snape?(YES!) And Snape So nice not canon maybe but great to read a dasmal in distress and he comes to the rescue have you been peeking into my fantasies? I am glad you have held back on the lemons it gives us a delightful build up. Are we going to see more of Harry? Ron begging for forgiveness well I do have a twisted side and think Severus should teach them a lesson. Your only problem is now you will have someone else begging for updates!!!!
Response from notsosaintly (Author of Letting Go)
Will you see more of Harry? Yes, if only because I have an excellent quote l want to use. Are you actually begging for more? I must be doing something right!
OMG! Did Harry screw Crookshanks?! :o
;) More seriously, methinks it is a Weasley? Very well written - update soon, you tease!
i'm feeling a bit impatient about now. Who was in bed with Harry? Ron? lol Ginny? muahahaha... I'm thinking Ron. That sneaky blighter!! Snape just happened to be out?
Response from notsosaintly (Author of Letting Go)
Oh, I got to get that second chapter proofed again so I can post it. I was going to post the first two chapters as one, but felt the need for a little cliffie. :) I have to proof my dad's newsletter today, though. Next couple days, as a treat for finishing that, I will get it up so you can see who it is. Sneaky blighter. *snicker*
Loved it then and still love it now.
Just found this story and loved it! Thanks for sharing with us!!
Wow! The last scene was fabulous. They will suffer so much. They deserve it in your story to the fullest, yet the revenge is excrusiating. Marvelous. When will we see more?
The contrast between how you've written Snape and "the boys" is very interesting. I was wondering how in denial they were about their actions, but it seems they did get it. The lemons were hot. You are clearly a master at them.
Response from notsosaintly (Author of Letting Go)
Thak you for the kind review ... and I'm happy you liked the lemons.
Revenge served up cold and to perfection. You made an interesting choice in the last scene to have Ron and Harry instantly realize the true source of their mutual problem. Given the arrogance of the pair in their treatment of her and their lack of guilt suggested by hints of what they told Ginny, I can imagine them being mystified at first by what happened. Regardless, what will they think when it keeps happening? And what will be their response? Can't wait.I also appreciated the contrast between the last two bedroom scenes, satisfaction vs. frustration. Very good. ~

Yes, I debated over their reaction: should they be confused or would they "get it" rather quickly... my theory was along the lines of they knew they did something wrong, hence they would know immediately who was getting back at them. Of course, they probably wouldn't attribute revenge-getting as one of Hermione's qualities. *smirk* I should write one of those books where there are like four or five different endings, shouldn't I?
Glad you liked the contrast of the two bedroom scenes. That was a lot of fun writing it. I almost couldn't finish the first scene, because the second was running through my mind.
Perfect! From Hermione's realization of love to the perfect plan of revenge, I loved every bit! No one writes lemons like you, NSS!
Response from notsosaintly (Author of Letting Go)
Hi there! I was just thinking about you the other day, wondering how you were doing.
Thanks for the review. It makes me very happy that you're following the story. And I'm happy you like the lemons; we all look forward to a little romance, don't we?
*gleeful evil cackling* Oh, that was too perfect!
Response from notsosaintly (Author of Letting Go)
Teehee ... thanks!!
Read this entire story in one sitting last night, and had to come straight back today to leave a review.Wonderful story. Liked the fact that it was Harry she was originally with; it is usually Ron. And I presumed Harry was seeing Ginny. I laughed so loud and hard when I read that it was Harry and Ron, that hubby and kids came in to see what the hell was wrong with me.Hermione and Severus's coming together was divine in all its glorious detail. Can't wait for more!
Response from notsosaintly (Author of Letting Go)
Thank you so much for reading it! I'm so glad that it captured your attention enough to read it straight through like that. I can't tell you how many responses I got to that first chapter, people wanting to know who Harry was involved with. *lol* This story has been a lot of fun to write, that is for sure.
YES! Hahahaha...I'm having a bit of trouble remembering how long Harry strung Hermione along. I want to say 5 years, but I could be wrong. And 5 years for Harry and Ron to be unable to get an erection...again, I can't help but laugh. At least they were intelligent enough to realize Hermione did it. But they won't have any proof, so she can't get in trouble. Will they confront her? I think they will, and I hope Hermione laughs at them. They would totally deserve it. Hermione and Severus didn't come up with a counter-potion, so I think they're stuck. Although I could see Hermione taking pity on them eventually and brewing them one. I hope she doesn't. Anyway, I am so, so glad you've updated. This story is wonderful, and I can't wait to read another chapter, so please update again as soon as possible.
Response from notsosaintly (Author of Letting Go)
Ah! You are so right, they didn't brew an antidote. Too bad, hey?
I love reviews like this; it gives me more ideas... who knows, maybe I can stretch this story out longer than I had intended.
Woo Hooo notsosaintly!!!!!!! Now that's what I call revenge! I have one hell of a wicked grin on my face! Just perfect. I absolutely loved that tender loving moment between Severus and Hermione. It was like their hearts, souls and magics melded into one. Beautiful as always, you have an amazing way with words. I can't wait to see what happens next.
