Bravo to you.  I absolutely loved every minute of this story!  It was really original and with the way it began, it set a different tone for their friendship than most stories have.  I suspected it was Hermione telling the story, but was going to be bothered by the fact that it was told as if it were about someone else.  But then here you come with your entirely realistic explanation.  And the reveal was angst free.  Well, except her fit about the "other woman", but that was short lived. So let me sum it up by saying "yay!"   Thanks for giving me the warm fuzzies this evening.

this was SO great.  it's the ultimate "hermione helps severus in secret" fic :)  i really like how you developed the relationship gradually; it was very believable.

Beautiful.  Absolutely beautiful.  I love the way this story unfolds as a retelling of past events from the happy present.  And I really loved how you resolved all the events of DH.Well done!
