Funny and sweet. A perfect holiday treat.I love the mental picture of Severus trying to untangle the Christmas lights. Sometimes I think they're cursed a well. No matter that you wrap them around a piece of cardboard and lay them flat in a box -- next Christmas the damn things will come out of storage tangled. It's just one of life's little mysteries, I guess.Thanks for sharing this delightful little snapshot.

Well, my Christmas stocking is just chock full of goodies this year! What a wonderful peek into Severus and Hermione's future. It's reassuring to know that Minerva paid for her torturous gift to Severus, even though it brought him the best gift of all. Thank you for a bit of pure holiday fluff. Very nice.  It was funny, but understandable that he thought she was pregnant.  And it sped up the proposal, so that was a great thing!

Just as well he already had the ring so she didn't think he had only proposed because he thought she was pregnant.
