Thank you so much! I'm glad to know you enjoyed it. I'm afraid there won't be more, though. I was rather influenced by DH when I wrote it and didn't see a future for them.

Sorry for the late reply. I'm glad you liked it. I like happy endings as well, but after books six and seven I just couldn't write a happy ending anymore.

Oh how heartbreaking! He had reason to hope and then to have his dream stomped on like that, even if she was crying. You really brought the reader into his emotions. I'm curious as to her point of view, too, of course, but this stands alone very well.
