Great news for Hermione; now of course I can't wait to hear how Severus ended up in Paris. Loved the descriptions of the postwar victory commemorations, and the ways the different characters reacted to them.

I know I've mentioned before how much I love this story, but sometimes it's uncanny how much different things that are happening remind me of my past. Its fun and It's real. These things happen and I'm so happy with the way everything is progressing. I wonder what Rose thinks of this though? Much Love! ~Brena

What a lovely story. The directions in which it spins the various DH plot resolutions are actually interesting and believable (traits I didn't find evident in the actual DH Epilogue). I can't wait for Hermione to fill in the story of her missing years.

Alas, I'm essentially on the computer right after I get up and right before I go to sleep (currently the latter). The vacation is coming well, and chapter four will likely be submitted sometime early next week. And I am so glad you're enjoying the story; thanks for the review, love. :-)
OMG, omg....that's so totally not fair to stop the chapter there! I can totally relate to what's happening at the end of this chapter...my mother and I had a talk similiar to this one when I was 18. Anyways thanks for updating so soon...I hope to see the next chapter soon too!!!! ~Brena

I do like your interpretation of Rose. And while I understand well enough that there are some secrets parents have that they don't wish their children to ever know about, I certainly cannot blame her for wanting to find out.

What a terrible tease you are. Rose reminds me of young canon Harry, with his assumption that he has a right to know other people's secrets...

First off, thank you for reading and reviewing. It is good to know the story is being well received! To address the Harry analogy - I hadn't quite thought of it that way, and I suppose Rose can be read as being presumptuous. I would prefer to think of her as curious, though, and these are secrets of her family's past she desires to know. Hermione has the right to refuse her, but she doesn't, so we'll see where it takes them... :-)
