I'm glad he went after her and told her the truth, their heated discussion was really good. I totally loved the duel with Harry and Snape it was great, I couldn't read it fast enough! I love it when Snape's being evilly naughty, if you know what I mean!

Wow I don't know how to espress my admiration to you. The beginning was so distressing and then the panic rose finshing with the climax of their big quarrel. I guess he told her what he did because he was so scary and concerned about her. And she reacted for the same reason. With time to think they maybe change tjeir mind and try to apologize one another. And with MsGonnagal in the middle that must be funny. Once again thank you for this wonderful chapter

I will admit that I think I understand Hermione's reaction better than the other reviewers so far...  Snape needs to learn that she really isn't a schoolgirl anymore, and that people *do* make mistakes... and he of all people should know how alluring those books can be when they start acting on people.

Relationships take two people:  if Hermione needs to understand him better, he also needs to understand her better.  If it's all on her, she's just going to get resentful... and it *will* mean he's not really willing to try. 

Anyway, I think they both overeacted there, but are both very much in character.  I'm very interested to see how they manage to get through that. 

Well... It could have been worse.  Um?  He had warned her and she did defy him in that sense.  Let's say that I wouldn't want to be in her shoes right now.  Oh!  And Minerva is about to step in too.  *Shakes head*  There will be hell to pay!  Great chapter.  Cheers!

Well, Severus' reaction was definitely expected, but I think Hermione should've kept her mouth shut. She was in the wrong, and knew it, but disobeyed Severus anyway.  Well, they're definitely going to have a tough time patching things up after this, both of them are very prideful. No doubt that Minerva will be chatting with both of them. I can't believe Hermione would say something so hurtful to Severus. I understand why she doubts him, but the fact that he was frantic in saving her should be a good indicator of how much he loves her.

Yeah! Snape to the rescue!  I am not surprised there was a fight  and misunderstanding afterwards, he is after all a difficult man.  I sometime wonder if J.K.R. based him off the equivialent of a marine.  My dad was a marine and he is just as difficult and has a hard time showing emotions normally.  Hermione needs to understand a military type of man.

Hi, i really like this story and I'm glad to see it back!  Just one question though...where's Ron?

I am so sorry I  started reading this so late in the game.  I have a tendency of following several stories at once so I waited for some of the stories were finished.  I read all thirteen chapters tonight and found them entrancing.  I love the way Hermione has been handeling Severus and it's so nice to have seen him on the defencive.  I loved how she got him to take his meds, and Proff. McGonagal taking 10 points from slytherin for snogging in the halls.  The removal of the dark mark was inspirational.  Now poor Hermione broke her promise to Severus to stay away from the dark arts books and of course she didn't and now she is in a world of hurt and doesn't even know it yet.  Oh one last thing.  I love the fact that Severus owes his life to Harry due to running interference with Buckbeak, however, I feel the need to point out that after Sirus came back from hiding and lived in Grimwald place, Buckbeak was renamed Witherwings.  This was done to keep him safe since Buckbeak was sentanced to death.  I can't wait for the next chapter!

That was a humdinger of an ending. I love that Harry getting angery over Snape's lustful thoughts, about little Hermoninny squeeeee!And the fact she asked what set him off.I really look forward to reading it all.

I'm glad to see Harry finally realized what Severus is doing for him. I'm also glad to see he's admitted to Hermione that he has feelings for her, and that he now knows she's in love with him. I'm looking forward to seeing how things progress further.

"Severus Snape, you're killing me here."  Loved that line!  Very sensuous interaction between those two.  Great chapter.

This story is amazing so far. You have really captured Snape's anger and his ability to hide his feelings, or show them in this chapter's ending. I really love how people notice the similarities between Hermione and Severus. I look forward to reading more of your story. You have talent ^_^

A dramatic and moving chapter... looking forward to more!

Severus definitely gave Harry motivation to attack him. But it also seemed, in his own way, Severus was telling Harry of his plans for a relationship with Hermione. I know I might be reading too much into it, but it makes sense, especially with the kisses Severus and Hermione just shared. Severus' methods of teaching Harry may be severe, but they do balance out the way everyone else treats him. He's definitely right about Voldemort. The final battle won't be a formal duel, but a bloodbath. Harry needs to realize that, and if getting his butt kicked by Severus helps, then so be it. I'm looking forward to the next chapter.

That display of wandless magic Severus was doing was simply astounding. He's definitely a lot stronger than most people give him credit for. I think Minerva is right that Hermione and Severus are perfect for each other. They definitely complement each other perfectly. I really enjoyed the duel. Harry still has much to learn, if his performance was any indication. I think Severus was a bit shocked with Hermione's concern for him, since everyone else ran to Harry. It definitely shows he cares in some way for Hermione, if seeing her almost injured like that sent him into such a rage that he was going to kill Harry. She definitley cares for him as well, or she wouldn't be as concerned for him as she is. I'm looking forward to more.
