Thank you thank you for your reassurance! I so dread the thought of an abandoned fic. Congrats on your pending new arrival. I so enjoy your depiction of a softer Severus. I know that he has it in him. I would love to see he and Hermione marry with the supporting presence of Samantha in their lives.

I've just read this as a whole, and I am a huge Snape fan but I really adore your Snape. Its beautifully written and the slow burn is perfect for these two......or should that be three leads. Thanks for such a great Snape story.

Congradulations on the baby! I have two boys myself (aged 3 and 5) my eldest is finally getting into Harry Potter and my youngest reconises Severus Snape. He says " Snape, Snape, Snaaappppeee!". I am enjoying your story and can't wait to see what happens next. I am glad you went AU since I'm annoyed with JKR killing off the Headmaster and I'm worried to death about DH. I really need to get a life! LOL

So...his dream of Samantha happened, and then it changed to a dream of him and Hermione? I should've realized that, but I was so caught up in reading that I forgot that Hermione had left.Wonderful chapter though - I really liked it! *grin*You're an amazing author, and I love your Snape. Not your best work? My dear, this was absolutely lovely. I have to say you had me going there for a minute. LOL, I should have known he was dreaming, as I can't see him bedding Hermione so quickly here.I hope you have a fun time at camp, but of course I hope you get back quickly. I have my own selfish reasons, since I want to ready the next chapter fo this as soon as possible.I'm really looking forward to more of this.

Well the sex was a surprise and this is one time I was pleased it was a dream (assuming I read that right!) LOL.Writer's block is a bitch and talking it over is always good. It was a tricky chapter to write, the coming home bit, and it could have been very angsty. The attraction and recent widowhood is fraught with danger. You did fine!

What an interesting thought...I'm not unfamilliar with the idea of twin souls/flames. It's an interesting subject. Also, in metaphysical studies, some people believe that there are soul groups, and that among those souls within your group, all of them are soul mates, though not all of the romantic type. Enough of that, I'll just say, excellent job, and leave it at that. ;)
