Molly interferes, Ron is a twit but gets over it, Lucius is reformed (well, a bit), Draco grows up, Ginny is a good friend (apart from recommending the shoes), Harry is a hero, and Hermione has fun and spends a lot of time in a library. Snape, meanwhile, considers that he is getting his usual shit deal from fate, although to be fair, he never expected to find a family of his own.

DO I sense a happily ever after? I love just how understanding Hermione can be. Considering her very limited experiences with Ron, she doesn't even blush at the things Severus has introduced her to. I can understand why he'd be nervous about her reaction to Lucius, but it's lovely how he's opening up to her.

You managed to fit so much into that chapter! Yay for Severus being alive and well and for the progress they've made with the curse.I'm really enjoying all the little details in here - from the Kneazle Nosh to the missing sound of Ron's owl - it's all building into a really believable world

What a wonderful start! So many teasers - what did Molly do to ensure grandchildren? Where is Snape? How much of a role will Lucius play?Also, Mulvane and the cursed potting shed deserved to be a story in its own right!
