Lockhart definitely has too high an opinion of himself to ever even dream that he might be seriously annoying to those around him. Never mind a bedpan, Minerva should've transfigured him into a pitchfork and had Crabbe and Goyle use him to muck out the Thestral stalls. After all, Gilderoy is full of it... it's only fitting that he be used to clean it up.

I had no idea Minerva was such a schemer! I think everyone was grateful when the curse kicked in, even in canon!
